I am going to be a little bit dramatic and say that I am ready to reveal the hidden gem at Centre Point, Chris. I used to have a consistent spot I visited in Cavecreek but decided one day to give this place a shot since they are located about 5 minutes from my home vs. 45 minutes. I sure am glad that I did. First visit I did just a pedicure with Thao since I just had my nails recently done, who was amazing and I highly recommend her. I went back a second time to see how it would go with my finger nails. I did not book a specific tech but this is the day I got Chris. Since I have been going now for a few months, I have never once had a bad experience with him. I have never been happier to leave a nail place and I strongly encourage everyone to give Chris a chance at doing your nails. He is a perfectionist and can do anything you want with flawless execution. If you want perfect nails, book your appointment with him. Thank you Centre Point for always being professional and accommodating. The prices here are great and the environment is really nice as well. This is the only place I recommend to anyone now.

Normally Center Point Nails is very, very good! However.. I’ve just received the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Um. Ever. I’m confused. What just happened? I didn’t realize just how bad it is until I got home and looked at my toes up close. They looked like a pedicure grown out and completely missing polish is so many areas. I won’t be back to see Alandra. Maybe she’s still in training…or having a really off day? $45 was A LOT to spend on this… she was nice though. I left a second star for that. *Addendum: AND apparently inappropriate application of the polish. It’s now grainy! It was very clear that she didn’t properly know how to perform the services such as wax, or proper removal of the lotion prior to polishing my nails. Ugghh. Great. Nope. šŸ™‚ā€ā†”ļø šŸ‘Ž Gotta take that other star away.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for over a year now. I’ve been with Chris, Lee and Thao and I’m sad to say it’s never consistent. For every 2-3rd trip to the salon I end up over paying or I’m not entirely happy with nails. Prices keep increasing and nails keep chipping. Really keep an eye out on how they do the dip powder technique. I’m not sure why I always have a bump on my nails but I’ve come to realize they never thin out the powder layer towards the bottom of your nails so they either chip pr you have to come back sooner than later. I’m over it. I’ve give them a lot of money and it’s time to part ways. Look at photos you will notice how there is much more powder half way up the nail created the bump… always

My first time there and I am honestly still in disbelief with the number of things that occurred during my appointment. Everyone has recommended this place to me and hyped it up so I was expecting it to be good. First off, the nail technician suggested I go with a coffin shape nail so I said that was fine and as she was doing my nails, both hands had completely different size nails and the acrylics themself were not even coffin they were like stubby triangles that looked absolutely insane and the other hand was semi normal coffin shaped but still all different lengths and width. I kindly asked if she could fix them and make them more even and pointed out to her that they were all different sizes and I was baffled that she didn’t see that herself, my friend was sitting next to me watching the madness as well. She attempted to fix them, seemed to be annoyed with me because as she was shaping them and using the drills she drilled into my hand carelessly for a good 4 seconds as I was saying ā€œowā€ until I yanked my hand away from her because she wasn’t listening. I couldn’t take it any longer and it was basically closing time at this point so I said she could just proceed with painting. AS SHE PROCEEDS TO PAINT.... she accidentally drops the polish. No big deal at all I’m obviously not going to get mad at her for that it was an accident but as she picks up the polish I was expecting her to at least wipe the brush cause the floor is dirty with hair and nail clippings. She DOES NOT wipe the brush and continues painting my nails and their were black hairs on one of my nails and I was so grossed out and she didn’t even care. I asked her to get rid of the hair from the floor off of my nail and she just went over the nail with clear coat to try and hide it. HOW WOULD CLEAR COAT COVER THE BLACK HAIR? If you’re not going to fully remove the nasty hair at LEAST cover it with the pink polish we were using. She charged me $40 for god awful acrylics and the best part is THEY FELL OFF WITHIN 4 DAYS OF HAVING GOTTEN THEM. For those wondering, no I was not working out with them or doing anything physical I had only traveled to Mexico for spring break and relaxed on the beach. I called about my experience because I was told the issue would be solved with a discount or certificate of some sort and the lady I spoke with on the phone was kind and seemed to know of the exact technician I was dealing with and told me they would call back with a solution. I even offered to show pictures of they needed or didn’t believe me.Never got a call back. I am just overall disappointed and upset I spent $40 for the most awful set of acrylics I’ve ever had. The one star is for their set up inside... it is...

BRIEF: BEST massage, many service pedicure and gel manicure for 80 bucks-worth WAY more than that in my opinion, GREAT customer service, neck massage, and hand/arm massage for manicure, massage chairs.

I did a lot of research to find the best pedicure before coming here and boy did I pick correctly! I have had quite a few manicures and pedicures at varying locations over the years and this is the BEST! I made an appointment the day before and I got there about 15 minutes before my appointment. I was greeted immediately by someone working and then not two seconds later, was greeted, very warmly, by Don, the pedicurist. The ambiance was great and there was a lot of light coming in as well. It also did not smell of anything which is a HUGE plus for me as some salons smell of overwhelming acetone. When I went for my pedicure I was offered water, a magazine, and had a list of the different services so I didn’t feel pressured to have an add on I didn’t want. Never once after I chose my service did anyone ask if I wanted to add something else which is a huge win. All the staff was friendly and although they speak both Vietnamese and English, I never felt as though they were having side conversations. Anytime Don had a brief conversation in his native language, he would clue me in to what was going on, which wasn’t necessary but definitely made me feel comfortable. As I neared the end of my pedicure (I got the centre point one I believe with OPI salt scrub, OPI mask, paraffin wax, hot stone, and regular polish), Brian came to start my manicure (I got the basic with gel polish and no polish change). Don gave the BEST calf and foot massage and although I think it was only supposed to be 10 minutes, he made it feel longer than that, and the massage was what I came here for! After my polish was on my toes, I went to have my manicure finished by Brian who was so sweet and had a wonderful and infectious smile. There was a HUGE wedding party coming in and it got busy REAL quick but that didn’t stop Don and Brian from keeping good service for me. Don came and gave me a quick but amazing neck/shoulder massage and never once made me feel rushed. Brian finished my manicure and then finished with a hand/forearm massage.

For all this, it was only 80 bucks! A STEAL! Although this is 30 minutes away from where I live, I WILL be there again. And this was a very busy day for them and they never sacrificed on quality for speed. They valued my time and money spent so I truly appreciate that. I’m a sucker for good customer service and they...

Centre Pointe is by far THE best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I’d bounced around salons throughout Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe for years and years until my friend introduced me to this place about 2 years ago and now I refuse to go anywhere else! It’s a beautiful salon that is well maintained with updated decor, relaxing ambiance, top of the line products, and all around great service. They even have a rewards system for return customers! I always have great experiences here but today I had an EXCEPTIONAL one that I felt should be recognized!

So I do usually try to set an appointment prior but today I was a walk-in. I noticed they were very busy (it’s the week of Thanksgiving so everyone is trying to get those nails looking nice for the holidays!) I contemplated just making an appointment and coming back another time but they assured me I would be taken care of. I started with the BEST gel pedicure of my life!šŸ˜ I went for the Signature pedicure and it was heavenly as always. Followed by their complimentary neck massages while you wait for your next service. As far as my manicure goes, I came in with a few week old acrylic overlay on my real nail & gel polish. They still looked good from weeks prior but I needed them shorter because I unfortunately can’t take care of long nails properly in my line of work so I figured I’d get a color change and fill while I was there. One of the managers, Chi, quickly noticed that it was indeed time for a brand new full set (I am terrible at knowing when it’s time to stop just getting fills and start from scratch, I leave that to the professionalsā˜ŗļø) So, getting acrylics removed is a new level of torture for me since my natural nails are so brittle and weak from over a decade of being covered by acrylic. I expressed to her I was nervous and couldn’t handle the removal and she assured me she was going to make sure she would soak them and do everything possible to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Although I was a time consuming and probably difficult client, she was so patient, kind and precise and I so appreciate and admire the attention to detail and dedication to giving clients the best service possible! My nails and toes got the ultimate royal treatment and I could not be more pleased! Thank you to this amazing staff for being the best! If you haven’t been to Centre Pointe, you’re...
