LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE!

This place is so legit! Here are a few of my recent visits. I recently have been back on balancing my life out and doing lots of self care. I popped in on one of Deby's Yoga Classes. it was a game changer. Im hooked on Kundalini Yoga! I will admit it was a bit intimidating at first, but after I let my self relax, it was instant gratification. I felt the benefits all week and really felt connected to my body. Thank you for welcoming me BBHC Family! I also recently booked a Red-light and Energy Session with Deby that I can only describe as a life changing experience. I was on a 2 week master cleanse prior and decided to treat my self to some body work to help with my detox. This was a great experience and I highly recommend it. Looking forward to my next visit.

I've been using the cold plunge bath & Infrared sauna too. I was going to another place in town which I also love, but it was nice to have the facility to my self. Definitely a bonus for my personal journey.

I attended a Gong Bathe that I really enjoyed too! I highly recommend attending and experiencing for your self. Not sure how often these go on, but so cool to be a part of. Sign me up for the next one:)

Last thing I would like to share is my experience with the VIBE bed. I recently started sessions with Anzela. This is something that I felt instantly. It put me in meditative state so fast. I completely let go and tuned into my self. I recommend going in and catching a demo and having her explain the benefits. I did a few sessions and feel like I got a complete reboot. I have been having some very successful deep meditative experiences on this bed. I will do a full review after I get a few more in.

The location is easy to get to, and the facility is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The instructors are excellent - I've taken classes from 4 of them and have enjoyed each one.

Initially, I thought that I would not enjoy hot yoga...but it turns out that there is a reason that people love it. It's fantastic! You don't have to feel intimidated at all, when I first went in for a class I told the instructor that I didn't know what to expect and she guided me and made me feel great about trying something new and unfamiliar.

It's also very easy to sign up for classes and pay for them online, and they also save your card on file so that you can pay for future classes. Really easy and convenient - they have a great website.
