City Lights, Inc — Attraction in Phoenix

I have to share a story about this company. I am a Realtor 28 years, and until today, I have never heard about this company before. I used my GPS when I needed a light bulb for a job I was on at 730 this morning. It was one of those halogen bulbs that had the 2 pins on the bottom, pain in the neck, don't buy anything with those light bulbs in it. They're too hot number 1 and you can't find them number 2. So I Drive all the way from 2nd street and Buchanan in downtown Phoenix to City Lights and I show them my bulb. I tell them my dilemma. I had just been to Ace Hardware and came up empty handed, who then referred me to City Lights on 39th and Van Buren. I drive there, and John, the owner, said let me call my guy he's on the road right now, and maybe he can find some. He calls Chris and and he tells him what the bulb is, and Chris says he has them, and John says, bring 10. John gets 20 W and 50 W of them 6 of each. I need 7. Then John says, meet Michelle at 2nd street and Buchanan and see if they're the right bulbs and see if they fit. Guess what they did, and Chris was so nice and so helpful and they I solved my problem so I can get my property photographed tomorrow. If that isn't service, I don't know what is! I met John during several projects that I had volunteer to take upon myself for a nonprofit organization. When I met John he was very friendly, professional and very knowledgable about lights. With another project, I was to repair a damaged light post where someone had tried to rip out the wires from the parking light posts which shut down three lights. There was also a burnt out light bulb that needed to be changed. As I was expressing my concerns to John, without any hesitation John made a quick phone call and contacted one of his contractors who came down to the place within minutes to trouble shoot the wire issue, changed out the burnt light bulb using a bucket truck and on top of that they trimmed some heavy branches that were covering some of the light posts, hindering the lighting. It was miracle from start to finish. John was there the whole time over seeing the entire project. A total God sent...His personal time and selfless donation and impeccable customer service that John and his team exemplified is second to none. I highly recommend using City Lights USA on any projects big or small....

I was referred here by an electrician who said they would have 2x2 light cover panels. I called them around 9 AM. Very courteous and professional on the phone. They said they could custom cut the 60 panels I needed and have them ready next day. ( which was awesome because I had already been waiting on an order for these from Home Depot for 4 weeks!) I was surprised when they called me about an hour and a half later saying they had my order complete and ready for pick up!
