Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

Do not go here. Absolutely horrible customer service. This was my experience after unsuccessfully trying to get a pizza 2 days in a row.

Day 1 I walked in, a piece of paper was on the door that said one hour wait times. I'm thinking whatever I got time. While standing there I notice a bunch of pizza already made just sitting there. That's odd I was just going to wait but the staffs energy was so bad I had to go. One of the female employees was being asked questions and she didn't even respond to the customers or she had a pause for about 30 seconds before she responded. What really made me leave was the cook in the back just kept looking at me like he was mad at me and looking away when I looked at him. Then looking at me again and again. After 5min of that I decided to leave because I was starting to get the urge to ask what his problem was.

Day 2 Today I didn't think this place deserved money but I'm walking and this location is only one mile away. Fine one more shot right? I call to order and for the last hour no one is picking up the phone? Going to McDowells location to hope for better service. Avoid this location if you want food, they can't even complete orders or respond to simple questions...

This place is the worst. Every time I come to this location they take a very long time but today they took extra long. The girl that was at the register was rude, no customer service what so ever. After the 20 minutes they said it was gonna take I came back and I stood there waiting for two pepperoni pizzas every one that came in got theirs right away. The girl that was at the register that had initially took my order kept staring at me but wouldn’t say anything after everyone was already gone she went to the back and started talking to the workers in the back, came to the front seen me didn’t say anything went back again and continued to talk with her coworkers until another young lady came to the front and I asked her if she knew how much longer was it going to take and she took the pizzas out of the front oven. The pizzas were ready the whole time I was standing there but the girl at the register...

If i could rate this -10 i would.I ordered my pizzas through doordash because I didn't have time to go in person to get .when I received my pizza it was undercooked and doughy,I payed extra for garlic on my pizza crust,and my ultimate pizza pepperoni was far off from the description,I also orderd some garlic bread sticks that were under cooked and plain as he*l and I didn't receive my dipping sause for the bread sticks or ranch I payed extra for.it was really disappointing opening the box to see this,my daughter was so excited to eat her pizza and having to serve her this sloppy excuse for a pizza is just ridiculous honestly no excuse why it was undercooked.i wasted nearly $50 just for this when I could've bought a frozen pizza for less and it would have turned out better than this such a shame and waste of money. I guess my air fryer is just going to have to fix...
