Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

I rarely write reviews, but this particular Taco Bell location has reached an unacceptable level of incompetence and disregard for customers. At this point, it’s not just a one-time issue — it’s a consistent pattern of failure across multiple visits. I will not be spending another dollar here, and I strongly recommend others do the same.

Orders are repeatedly incorrect, food is served cold, items are missing, drink options are unavailable, and portion sizes are insulting — I was once served less than a teaspoon of meat in a chalupa. That is not a mistake; that’s a complete lack of standards and accountability.

Whether the problem stems from nonexistent management, untrained staff, or a total absence of quality control, the result is still the same: a location that treats paying customers with indifference. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.

Save yourself the time, frustration, and disappointment — this Taco Bell simply does not deserve...

First off, I will say the food is great & I have been coming to this Taco Bell location for quite some time now. Now, the reason I am giving 1 star is because the crazy amount of homeless people in and out of this place. They're always getting free drinks from the fountain machine and most times I have to wait on them because they're filling up their gallon jug with ice & soda or water. Today I came in and there was about 5 shopping carts blocking the main entrance which was frustrating. And the employees seem to be okay with the homeless people raiding this Taco Bell because obviously the reason they're all over here is because they get free stuff. Like I wanna be able to come and order my food and not be disgusted by the filth of homeless people. So this may be my last visit cuz I know the taco bell on 51st ave and the I-10 doesn't have...

The last 3 times I went to this location has been nothing but a disaster. First they got my complete order wrong and i had to go around the drive thru 3 times and didn't get no apology and the food was cold and old. The 2nd time they were out of the new fries and chalupas, and again no apology. Tonight i got to there location with about 10-15 mins before they closed and there was a line and no one came on the intercom to say they were closed the employees were hiding. one male would pop his head out from the back and when we drove up to the window he went in the back out of sight.
