About a year ago I put myself into an awkward situation with the law where I complied and admitted guilt to being inebriated while operating a vehicle. My first mistake, was being at the scene when service patrol arrived, my second, was admitting guilt whilst my car was completely inoperable. I doubt you’ll read this in time when you find yourself in search for a criminal defense attorney, and in the case that you are in need of one. I cannot recommend any better attorney for serious defense cases other than Aaron Black. Should be spelled (triple) AAA-ron because that’s how well he covered my case, even when it seemed as though I gave him a pretty weak standpoint for him to argue on my end. He meticulously fought and represented me in the traditional arts of maritime law and practices. I didn’t even have to show up until the last stand. What can I say? He did what he was supposed to, he got the job done, while impressing both the judge and I at the same time. I went from a DUI with two accounts, possible jail time, interlock, and possibly more. To simply pleading guilty for reckless driving and having to pay minor court fees!! Albeit, its tough to put a price on freedom. The time I spent shopping around for a DA, could’ve been around 4 months in total. The feds were trying to be sneaky and never sought me out until I presented myself in their court and that’s when I stood against the judge 5 months later from the official police report, and I told them I’d be getting an attorney. I recently put myself in a bad situation after getting arrested for a DUI in Phoenix as an out of state resident. BAC 0.17 at the scene and BAC 0.19 at the station. I had no idea what to expect and was suddenly faced with some horrible consequences. I began researching and looking at reviews of lawyers in the area and came across Aaron Black. Another suggestion Aaron Black made was to not test my blood taken from the station due to the fact that if my 0.19 blood came back higher that would push me into the 0.20 (super extreme DUI) which I agreed was definitely something I wanted to stay away from. When I was finalized in court,the judge also said to Aaron and I that it was good we did not test the blood due to possibility of putting myself into a WAY worse situation.

I landed on Aaron Blacks page after making a terrible mistake one night.
