I can't recommend this place and Kennedy enough for Botox, facial balancing, and any other injectable treatments! It's truly in a league of its own when it comes to professionalism.

Edited review: I hate that I had such a disappointing experience here because the reviews made me think it was an obvious choice. However, it’s important to note that the front desk offers a $50 discount after your first visit if you leave a review, so that may account for a lot of the “5 star” reviews. Erin is very nice and upfront about the process, however, the lip flip that I went in for was unsuccessful (I have no idea why seeing as this was my first time getting any sort of cosmetic treatment) and I was not allowed a refund or credit of any kind. After my second unsuccessful follow-up, I was told that I would receive some extra filler next visit to makeup for the Botox that didn’t work and that it would be covered by the office. So I waited 3 more months, drove 45 mins to the office, and Erin suddenly told me adding more filler probably wouldn’t work, but she could still try if I wanted to pay $550. So I declined and left, knowing I’d never be back after feeling like I wasted my time and money on this endeavor. I’ll be getting a second opinion somewhere else because I have a hard time believing that Botox “just didn’t work” on me.

What a PHENOMENAL experience from start to finish!

I scheduled a microneedling & IV treatment and felt like a princess being pampered at Look Lab.

Erin performed the treatments and she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel 100% comfortable. She explained my treatments thoroughly and was constantly asking how I was feeling throughout the session to ensure I was good. She took her time, ensuring a thorough job yet, efficiently and diligently worked. She made the treatment amazing!

Ive had microneedling before but never medical grade, and this was the real deal! It is the day after and I can already see a difference in my skin texture and quality.
