Element Nail Bar - Arcadia — Local services in Phoenix

I was really excited to try this nail bar based off the perfect 5 star reviews, however after my experience today I unfortunately wouldn’t give it 5 stars. At a high end salon where they charge top dollar($113 gel x manicure) you could at least offer your guests a water when they arrive.

I asked my nail tech (Amy) for shortest possible almond she could do and I had to ask her to shorten them twice and each time she looked shocked and annoyed. They turned out longer than I would have liked but I didn’t have the guts to ask her to go shorter a third time. She also hit a few of my cuticles with the drill and file which burned later when she cleaned my nails with acetone. At the end I noticed there was a chunk of gel hanging off part of my thumb and had to ask her to file that off.

Lastly, she didn’t properly file one edge of my nail which I didn’t notice until later leaving a pretty large area of unpainted clear gel x which I was able to fix when I got home with a file.

Disappointing first...

Today was first time at this nail bar as I changed locations and needed to find a new nail tech. After reading through many reviews and pictures I finally came across Element and noticed the many great reviews and decided to give it try. They far exceeded my expectations, everyone was incredibly kind, hospitable and helpful. Every employee took great care of me and contributed to my wonderful experience. By far my favorite nail salon in AZ that I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot all over the valley. Yen was my nail tech for my first experience and I highly recommend her. She was super kind and intuitive to what I wanted and very flexible ensuring I was satisfied and loved my nails throughout the entire process. I 100% will be going back to Yen she was phenomenal and recreated the image I showed her to the T. Thank you Yen again, you’re wonderful and will be coming...

HOLY COW!!! This is by far the best nail salon I've been to since moving to Scottsdale five years ago. Everything about this place was top-tier. From the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave, you truly feel special.

My boyfriend and I did the $85 pedicure and OMG it was hands down the most elite pedicure we've both ever had. They put us in a separate room with stars on the ceiling, we ordered a bottle of champagne that was hand-poured to us every time we needed a refill, and don't even get me started on the massage chairs..... the BEST I've ever sat in. They also give you a heated shoulder pad AND you're allowed to choose your own music in the private room. Every detail felt like a total luxury.

Thank you SO much to the entire team and especially to Ben and Mimi who took care of us. It was an amazing experience and we will be back 100%! I HIGHLY recommend this...
