Disappointing experience. I’ve gone here a few times over the past year. I had to return for a Botox fix after my treatment was completely uneven, and although they offered a complimentary touch up it did nothing- so I had wrinkles on half my face and not the other. I was willing to look past that because my injector was so sweet however after my last visit I’ll never return. If you pay for a full syringe online, their staff will talk you into not using all of it, and don’t tell you that you lose whatever you don’t use. I’ve never had this experience at any other medspa. You get to use everything you pay for. Their staff were not nice about their own lack of communication and offered no refund. It feels like a gimmick to have staff talk you out of using product that you already purchased. To make matters worse, I reached out to the business about my experience and requested a follow up which never happened. It’s been over a month now so I’m posting this. Horrible business practice. This was by far one of the worst, most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. Your entire staff was completely disorganized and confused—no one seemed to know what was going on, and not a single person could come up with a proper solution. I was told I’d receive a full syringe with the advertised discount and an upcharge for contouring, which should’ve been an additional $50 at most. Instead, I was given half a syringe and still charged $50. That’s not only misleading—it’s theft.

I waited over an hour before being seen, which caused me to be late for a $200 appointment that was scheduled specifically around this visit. The lack of professionalism and complete disregard for my time is inexcusable. On top of that, I received no care package, no apology, no communication—nothing. Just confusion, delay, and disrespect.

I will never return to this place again, and I feel completely cheated. If I don’t receive a full refund immediately, I will be escalating this further through every channel necessary, including formal complaints and public reviews. You’ve lost my trust—and I will make sure others know exactly what kind of “service”...

I just got 50 units of Botox, jawline fillers and lip fillers. My experience was incredible. I was actually a walk in and they got me in 15 minutes later which was just enough time for me to complete paperwork. They discussed pricing with me, and really took their time to explain all of the different options for what I was looking for. Lizzie initially started my process, was very kind, patient and informative, and then the injector Bea came in. She was knowledgeable, kind, and told me what she would recommend and even talked me out of certain things that she thought were not necessary, which I find to be rare in the Medspa world where many companies and injectors are looking to just upsell. It felt very transparent with pricing and the process, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process.
