Pokitrition - Sushi Burritos & Poke — Restaurant in Phoenix

There needs to be some type of system for Uber Drivers to pick up orders more efficiently. There is not a rack to pick up orders and I was ignored for 15 minutes while the staff handled the rush. I understand that it's busy but to place my customers order as the lowest priority even though they ordered before the 10 other customers that got their food first isn't fair to me or my customer. To make matters worse all 3 workers looked and me but ignored me to help other customers. Once the rush was over I was finally acknowledged and handed the food that had been already been made and was sitting on the counter. I get that it's use and they were working hard so I don't blame the employees, I blame the fact that they were not trained to see me as a priority but instead someone to ignore until the rush is over. This is easily fixed by having a 3rd party delivery rack or training employees to acknowledge Uber Drivers. We lose money as drivers the longer we wait for our orders. Uber allows us to cancel after 15 minutes without penalty but by then we've already lost too much time for the run to be worth it.(Unless of course a huge tip is involved.)

I did want to leave on a positive note. The staff was very friendly to the customers they did help and they were working very hard. I've came in as a customer before and was treated very well. I tipped them and joined the rewards program as well. As a customer it was a great experience.

EDIT: I bumped it up to a 3 star because while I was very angry as an Uber Driver I did enjoy myself as a customer. Considering they took the time to consider my feedback and respond I think that is worth more...

I recently visited Pokitrition and while the food was delicious, I'm disappointed to share that this was the third consecutive visit marred by poor experiences. On this occasion, I was dismayed to find the restaurant being prepared for closure an hour ahead of schedule. As a result, there were no available seats inside, leaving us with no choice but to eat outside in the scorching Arizona heat after the chairs were stacked away.

The staff's behavior further compounded our dissatisfaction. The young woman attending to us seemed indifferent and exhibited noticeable annoyance at our presence. She spoke unclearly and avoided making eye contact, even responding rudely when we requested her to repeat herself. Unfortunately, her attitude wasn't isolated to our party; she and another male employee displayed the same impatience and rudeness towards a group of eight people who arrived after us.

Adding to the ordeal, a fellow patron entered after us and reported that she had been informed of the restaurant's closure, only to return once she saw us receiving our food. This kind of inconsistency in communication only serves to exacerbate the negative experience.

It's disheartening to report that this marks the third time that the staff's behavior has overshadowed the otherwise enjoyable food at Pokitrition. I sincerely hope that the management takes these recurring issues seriously and implements measures to ensure that every visit lives up to the quality of...

EDIT: I had to take away a star because today for mother’s day, I got a text sent of a deal of theirs that said get any two reg priced bowls/burritos, two miso soups, and two sodas for $20. I went today and ordered those things and I was asked if I was using the mother’s day coupon I said yes. They make my food and tell me at the end “oh this is only for the mini sushi burritos”. This was very misleading because nowhere in the text does it specify that as you can see in the screenshot below. They ended up tacking on $7 making the total $27. I just sent out an email to state the time of the incident on Mother's day. I put shrimp in it, crab, and ahi tuna. This was my first time trying raw fish and I was scared to, but surprisingly, it was pretty good and has no fishy taste whatsoever.
