Matthew Henson Park — Attraction in Phoenix

The process to get an apartment is frustrating, to say the least. Throughout the process, we went over to the office at least a dozen times. We were given the same excuse that the lady Alexis was no longer working there, and she had our file. We were asked to bring the same paperwork three times, and each time we spoke to a different lady. It seems as though they are not organized, and the right hand don't talk to the left! Not to mention, you can not get through the phone to speak to anyone, and they don't bother calling you to tell you something else is needed or an update. Everything we've gotten information is because we kept going over there to find out what was going on and basically told them I needed an answer! Most seem helpful when speaking to them, but I don't understand what the problem is. I get that they are very busy and there are many people in need, but a phone call to pending cases needing paperwork would help...
