Grant park is located in the historic Grant park neighborhood . Next door is also the historic American Legion Post 41 . Grant park has been apart of Phoenix, Arizona history for many year's. It has provided outdoor basketball court's and a large swimming pool for decade's. The swimming pool is well maintained and kept clean for its patrons . The restroom facilities are always clean and maintained for all of your need's . Grant Park is quite spacious for a summer picnic, stargazing or a relaxing stroll with family and friends. It is also very family oriented and kid friendly. There's also a gymnasium if you wish to partake in indoor air conditioned basketball games or other events and activities that Grant park has to offer. Grant park is well lit for evening activities as well. If you wish to enjoy a wonderful afternoon or a pleasant evening in the beautiful outdoor's of Phoenix Arizona. Read moreGrant Park is a small but pleasant park Not big at all. Though the area is a bit sketchy, the Park is in good shape as far as the amenities so to speak and cleanliness. One might assume due to its surroundings that it wouldn't be as clean as it is. I was there for a late afternoon visit and aside from my party there wasn't anyone else there but the several random individuals just passing through. I can't comment on the after hours or late night activities that may or may not be occurring. Lol. But as for my week day late afternoon visit......
Read moreGrant Park is a beautiful and historical neighborhood from the days of old. I was apartment hunting in that area and came across an apartment, very quaint and not so expensive. As I drove through the neighborhood it was so silent you could hear pin drop. No dogs barking like crazy. This neighborhood has extremely improved and I see that there are other new developments going up in the area. Thumbs up for the neighborhood...
