Brought 50 documents, all completed to get our (6 yr) daughter (to get an under 16) passport. The security were super nice to our daughter. The desk clerk was rude, snapped at us, and tried multiple times to cancel our passport application. It took 2 months to get an appointment. We asked for a supervisor to review the application for accuracy and they called security on us. The supervisor was also extremely rude and dimissive and send she doesnt care, submit the application and it will just be declined. We waited 2 months for this. We paid for this. Me and my daughter are U.S. Citizens and this office and staff treated us like criminals when try to get an updated passport for our daughter. We told them to submit the application and were escorted out by security because we wanted to submit an "accurate" application and the clerk told us they dont care. The clerk said we arent the U.S. department. We just send them documents and applications. The clerk and supervisor treated my entire family like trash and tried to prevent us from submitting our daughters passport application. The behavior of these clerk staff and supervisor was atrocious. PLEASE DONT EVER go to this office. Oh and the supervisor told us if we dont like it we should go to the Post Office to submit our application. We were told we needed to be in court, with both parents and daughter, for the security of our daughter, but the supervisor told us to go somewhere else to try again to deny our application submission.
