Normally I don’t rate anything this low but I was pretty drawn to it afterwards. Rare circumstance that I walk u to a card slash board game shop with my buddies and they carry Weiss schwarz product. I found a trial deck display for my friend that would normally sell for over 300 dollars and I was confused when we only paid 100 dollars for it seem like a good deal at the time. The case seemed fined was sealed and we went on the way when we got back to our place to hopefully find the English version of Roxy in our display we saw that the boxes them self seemed pretty sketchy we opened a couple seen the decks looked like they were tampered with than re sealed with oem tape which is strange it didn’t really occur to me until we opened one box and reviled that one of the trial decks literally had 3 cards facing the wrong way which Weiss schwarz has really great control over that so we thought it was really strange and definitely we could tell now these were tampered with. We called the shop to let them know and we’re only offered a refund if the product was not opened which I get your a business and don’t want returned cards but don’t sell something new and tell us you get from a vendor straight from Weiss themselves and sell them as new cause it was clearly opened searched than resealed. Was told oh the cards might of shifted during shipment I have opened 20 of these from the Japanese series and bought a case of a eBay vender.the decks come with a seal over the cards that are a perfect fit and they can’t move unless u break the seal or take the cards out. Beware of buying Weiss Schwarz product from here because that is hella sketchy by that.2 boxes had cards backwards and the others...
Read moreGreat selection of large format board games/big board games with lots of pieces. They had a lot of niche board games, stuff you normally wouldn't see. There was Warhammer miniatures, Warhammer paints/accessories/brushes/terrain items, lot of dice options - they even had some unique dice and unique multisided dice that are not commonly found.
It is a rather small store, and their bathroom was not open to the public. There is a public restroom across the street between Posh and another business. Their prices were a little higher than I've seen offered around the valley but they do carry a lot of board games that you normally wouldn't find elsewhere, saw a lot of large format games (big expensive board game sets). Along with prototype/experimental board games. There were some people looking into Pokemon/Magic cards, but I did not get a good look at that area.
Pretty neat to check out if...
Read moreThis is my usual card shop and I usually have great experiences in here however the preorders are all out of whack. During celebrations preorders they wouldn’t allow you to preorder all products or anything more than 1 however when I picked them up multiple people got more than 1 of the exact items I preordered. Then recently I was told more product would be released and to call back and I was informed by a friend he was going to get an etb from them so I called to see if any was available and I had a very unpleasant experience over the phone with Hal. He basically told me to shop elsewhere and I think from here on out I will. I spent a lot of money of cards in this shop however if I am going to be treated with disrespect just for asking about product availability I definitely...
