Visited this establishment this morning around 10 AM and made use of the touch screen display. There was only 2 other patrons ahead of me, but after waiting for 15 minutes no orders were being handed out either to the people ahead of me or myself. I inquired from the young man at the front and he seemed confused, and stated "we are working on it". Another 5 to 10 minutes went by and once again I went to the counter, the young man still looking confused handed me a bag which upon further inspection was not my order. A female employee then assisted him and provided the correct order. At this point I asked for another large drink at which point they were happy to take my money ($2.92 plus tax). You would think that after having me wait close to an hour they would at least comp me the soft drink. Complete and utter lack of customer service, in my opinion the customer before me and myself should have been comped our food due to the extreme delay. Not once did they attempt to communicate that they were having issues in meeting customers orders. Burger King should really take a look at the staff on duty and I highly recommend that footage is reviewed. At the very least, some training should be provided to their employees in customer service. Read moreI work nearby this place and everytime I go here it is always a bad experience, from the quality of the food, to the staff not giving a crap, to the bad neighborhood this is in, its all bad. First off, they will ALWAYS tell you to park in the front of the building if you do drive thru, and sometimes there are homeless people that know about this and ask for money while you wait, because they know that burger king employees will always send you to the front of the store, and they do not care. I, no joke, saw a homeless person literally open a poor girls car asking for money, it's bad, and is a 911 call and news story just waiting to happen. Their quality of food is very bad, NEVER EVER order mozzarella sticks from this place, THEY WILL ALWAYS BE ROCK HARD AND GROSS, like I said, I work nearby and always try and give this place a second, third, fouth, fifteenth chance and they screw up every time. It's always different people working at the drive thru like there is a 2 week turn around so this is probably an upper management issue. I love burger king, but this place is awful, just drive a couple blocks to the east to broadway and 48th street and there are much, much better restaurants worth your money. I ordered 4 burgers 4 fries, onion rings, 4 drinks! Worst service ever! I didn’t even get my whole order but yet I was charged for it. dude in the drive thru was the worst person ever he rushed our order and didn’t even care we didn’t get our order correctly, he rolled his eyes and had a sloppy attitude. when we were told to park to receive our food the young colored lady was very rude when she handed us our order, not only did she not let us look if we got everything she literally yelled at us and said we made sure everything was in the bag but yet she couldn’t even remember what we ordered. we were so over the experience here at this location we got home and we’re missing the burger the onion rings and the chicken fries we ordered! We weren’t going back there was so much traffic!
