Bumble Bee Blinds of Tempe — Local services in Phoenix

I purchased and had my shades installed by Bumble Bee Blinds of Scottsdale in June 2024. Bumble Bee of Scottsdale is now out of business, and I needed help for some warranty work as one of six of my Alta / Sonfi blinds won't charge. I was hopeful that if I contacted Bumble Bee of Tempe that they would be able to help me.

On April 9, 2025 I called Bumble Bee of Tempe and spoke with a receptionist who took my information. Later that day, I was contacted by a call center representative who again took my information and said that someone from Bumble Bee of Tempe would call me back to help. That never happened.

My entire process of working with the larger Bumble Bee company has been extremely disappointing, and the multiple layers of 3rd parties makes it extremely difficult to get any warranty work.

So far, I've called Bumble Bee of Tempe, spent hours on the phone with Alta Blinds who sent me to two different local dealers, both of which are unable to help me, although both did tell me that if they would help that I would have to pay a minimum $150 Service Fee, even though my blinds are less than a year old and still under warranty.

If I hadn't so recently had my window treatments installed, I'd have them ripped out...

Wonderful service! They were informative and attentive every step of the way! I got constant updates about the progress of delivery. The quality is amazing especially for the price! Both Dante and Ayo are absolutely fantastic and some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! I got a call after installation asking how I liked it, I’ve never gotten that type of care before.They put a lot of care into their services! I will continue to use them for all future blinds that I will need and I recommend them to anyone who needs blinds in their home!

Update: 09/22! I needed more blinds for the family room and the service is just as exceptional as before. So informative and kind! Ayo always explains everything clearly. She went above and beyond to help me out and do some switch-arounds with the blind colors and even replaced the motors in my bedroom that were making too much noise free of charge!The technician that came and installed the blinds was even kind enough to help me move my heavy furniture back into place without me having to ask. This company is filled with the most amazing kind-hearted people who get the job done right! This is how you run a business! Amazing service every time! Could not...

This company was in contact with me from the showing of the blinds, ordering the blinds, having the installer come to see what the job was going to need as I have a slope roof. They emailed me to keep me updated as to when the order would be shipped to them, and finally, to make an appt.for the installer to come at a date that was convenient to me. I had a few stop by's from the company owners to check to see if all was to my liking, so they really gave my order with them their undivided personal attention. I would recommend Bumble Bee Blinds to anyone first as I had a couple other quotes from other companies and they were about $2,000 higher in price!!
