Painted Ladies — Attraction in Phoenix

My friend is 91 years old and moslty blind so Im writing a review for her. She has been getting her eyebrows tattooed for 20 years and gets them touched up yearly. Elli takes great care of her clients, she made sure to numb the eyebrows frequently, went slowly to avoid bleeding, and stopped on an area that looked tender. She books a follow up for them to ensure proper healing and for any touch ups needed. She likes to talk and so makes a dear friend indeed. It makes her feel more confident like her face has more definition so as long as she feels good she will keep on getting her eyebrows touched up...

RUINED MY LIFE !!! NEVER AGAIN!!! HORRIBLE MISTAKE!!, I had a mark the size of a pencil eraser I wanted covered. Elli convinced me to have a completely different area covered that didn't even bother me. I ended up with something so hideous that my coworkers can't even look me in the eye. I have know idea why I agreed to let her do what she did. Perhaps because I trusted her 23 years experience. Now I'm paying to try and fix it. Worst mistake of my life period. Worst of all, she's one of those people who will show you pictures of people that she didn't work on....

I had my eyebrows tatood in February of this year. I was told that it would last for a year. I had to go back three times for a touch-up. By September of this year they were fading fast and were uneven. When I went back to get a refund I was told that I had signed a contract that said no refund; which I did. But it was not a good job and I thought she should at least give me some of my money back. $400 out the window and I am left with uneven brows. I would not recommend...
