There are not enough stars available to express how amazing Stem Swag really is. We originally booked a wedding florist we found on instagram they ended up cancelling on us, and we then found Stem Swag through a Facebook recommendation. We couldn’t be happier that our original vendor cancelled because the Stem Swag team absolutely knocked our socks off. From the first time I reached out, Gary was incredibly welcoming, forthright and informative. He invited us to meet with them for a consultation before committing and the team sat and really got to know us and our style. Their price/quote sheet was incredibly easy to follow- no surprise bells and whistles, just very clear and straight-forward. After our initial meeting, they sent over a “creative deck” which was basically a vision board of your floral dreams!! That was such a helpful touch. We loved working with them so much that we even used them to create a bouquet bar for the bridal shower before the big day!! Again, SO easy and amazing to work with and really wanted to bring our ideas to life and for our requested budget. They even provided a bouquet “recipe” to help our guests put together the perfect bouquet using the flowers provided, like who does that?? They go above and beyond. Come the wedding day, they just went right to work setting up the florals of our dreams. The bouquets, the boutonnieres, the centerpieces, the seating chart, the corsages, and the freaking amazing floral towers… like my goodness… unreal. I had asked if I could make the towers easy to move so they could go behind the sweetheart table after the ceremony and yep! No problem for them!! My family is big on flowers. As in the gardens every weekend, orders flowers for every occasion, gets certified as a master gardener, and has been asked to arrange flowers for weddings kind of into flowers. So when we started looking at florists for our wedding, we were understandably a bit nervous about finding someone who would work within our budget and bring our detailed dreams to life.

Enter Stem Swag.

Gary and his team were beyond fantastic! They met with us in their gorgeous shop and spent a good hour going over our vision, covering everything from the general look and feel to the in the weeds details on the ratio of certain flowers to certain green fillers. Armed with that information, they created a vision deck that brought our dream to life! They worked with us to make a few tweaks, answer questions, and make sure that they were meeting our expectations every step of the way. When our big day came around we saw that they not only met our vision, they exceeded it!

Our wedding flowers were absolutely stunning! Everything from the smallest bud vase in the cocktail hour to the show stopping half moons at the ceremony and sweetheart's table were thoughtfully created and beautifully designed! Everyone could not stop talking about how fresh, fragrant, and stunning the flowers were. At the end of the night, we took as many as we could home and are still enjoying them over a week later!

Used these people because the venue we used has them listed as a “preferred vendor”. What a joke. I’ll keep it brief. Pictures were NOT like they sent use in their “PowerPoint” they so highly think is just so awesome. Also, left flowers off of our wedding cake they were suppose to add to. When we called them immediately after getting to the rehearsal dinner, they said they would call us back. Never did. Then, after I called them a 2nd time, the nasty rude lady said it’s not on our power point. Really!? I can post the picture of our meeting notes and email we received from you all that said flowers would go on cake. Period. Also, flowers were suppose to hang off the table. That IS ON their power point. They gave us BS flowers they did NOT look like the pictures at all. When I told them it was wrong, they had Zero care. Zero compassion. Do yourself a favor.
