Got lost looking for this place. Didn't realize it wasn't an actual store front for the restaurant that we were looking for. Since I didn't see a sign for it didn't realize this was the place. What a unique and cool concept never been to one of these but will in the future. The coolest part about this concept is that there's more than one restaurant in the location. We specifically went for Capriotti's. But only got there we saw how many choices we had it seems like it was close to 15 different choices. Ten of choices were open the others weren't. Because I had a hankering for Caps but next time may order something from more then one location. Now it's hard to gauge how busy they are because you don't see the kitchen like you do it Caps. I've been to Caps and when they've been busy it's taken 30 minutes. Now the only thing that I didn't love is you can't do all the same customizations on the tablet that you can at Caps. Wanted crispy cheddar onions on the Waygu Philly but didn't see anywhere to add it. Just saw they have breakfast which maybe unique to this location. The food is however the same quality as you would get from the standalone restaurant. Had a hot Bobbie cuz I love it. It's a cool concept it seems like it may be suited more for Doordashers and Uber eats but you can go there too and get food. I've been used to eating in the car during Pandemic so works just...

Highland Food Hub Overview: The Highland Food Hub offers an ultimate digital-first food court experience with a diverse lineup of 15+ exceptional restaurants, all conveniently located under one virtual roof.

Now, let’s dive into the specific dishes I tried: Chicken Plate with Veggies from Hawaiian Bros: I opted for the Huli Huli Chicken (also known as Molokai Chicken) served with rice and macaroni salad. The portions were generous, especially the rice. Not only did they provide a bed of rice under the chicken, but also a huge ball of it. Personally, I found it a tad too much rice, so next time, I’ll substitute it with veggies for a well-balanced meal. Chili Wings from Mohinga Asian Restaurant: The Lemongrass & Chili Oil Wing Toss caught my attention. These wings were coated in a zesty lemongrass and chili oil sauce. At $10.50, they were a tasty treat. The balance of flavors was spot-on, and the wings had a satisfying crunch. Overall Impression: The Highland Food Hub offers a convenient way to explore a variety of cuisines without leaving your home. It’s a great option for busy days when you want to enjoy diverse flavors from different restaurants. The online ordering process is straightforward, and the pickup experience is efficient. I appreciate the concept of paying once for multiple orders and the flexibility to...

I'm back with a follow-up review - and dropping to a 3 star rating I'm very confused on how this works I guess - the hours of operation, I mean. Ordered from here twice now, and the hours that the different - stores - have, are ALL over the map???

The Indian place in particular I'm at a loss with. This past weekend, I had a craving for Indian, so I went to order. It said they didn't open until 2:45 that afternoon??? That's kind of late for lunch, and too early for dinner, right???

Looking today, it just says 'Store Closed' as does several other stores in here. Hours of operation for other stores are ALL over the place.

The point to my commentary is: You can't really RELY on this place for a meal.

It seems to be more about what's convenient for the store owner, not the customer. If I can't know that I can get lunch at one of these places - reliably - I'm going elsewhere.

It isn't of any interest to me, to go to this website, and then look to see what's open and make my food decision based on that.

The Hawaiian place really seems to be the only store with some decent, reliable, hours of operation.

An interesting concept of getting food from places that don't . have their own brick and...

Despite management being well informed of the discarded drug paraphernalia, human excrement, and trash on their property, the management refuses to prioritize customer safety by picking up hazardous items on its property. The female manager says she'll pickup the trash and remove fallen trees on *public* electrical lines but when it comes to taking action she doesn't complete what she says she'll do. Because of her idleness, homeless encampments are beginning to setup *on* their property. It's now unsafe for customers to pickup their food. The pictures attached show the neglected property. If the management is so bold to *publicly* promote their filthy outdoor grounds imagine how much more filthy their *private* kitchens must be inside.
