Susan - skinDefined is simply the best! I overtweezed as a teen, so I had a very thin brow and I'm also getting gray hairs there and cannot pluck them because then I would have no brow. I hated my brows; been dealing with them my whole life; trying different products, gels, pencils, etc., and heard about microblading, but was a little scared; don't have any tattoos. I did my research and found Susan. All of my concerns and doubts disappeared within 5 minutes after meeting Susan. She did microblading on my brows and I am so very happy with the results. Susan makes you feel very comfortable from the very start. The whole experience was awesome! She truly wants you to be happy, "it is your face" and she takes the time to get to know you and what your expectations are. She's an artist. She measures for accuracy, draws/fills in brows, she checks, re-checks, seeing what you like don't like, color is important, what shape is best for your face, etc. It's not a one size fits all. She doesn't rush through the procedure; she truly cares about the end result. Susan is METICULOUS! And I am so happy about that! Follow her aftercare instructions to the letter. I did and healed pretty quickly. I also had my touch-up, which I knew I would need since my brows were very thin to begin with. Again, an awesome experience! I really believe its a building process. I initially stumbled upon Susan and her business several years ago for microblading services, by way of Groupon, and am SO happy that I did! My brows have been completely transformed (I basically had none before coming to Susan), and I could not be happier with the results. Susan is very professional, and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of her profession. She is also a perfectionist, which is 100% what any of us should be looking for in an aesthetician!

In addition to microblading, I have also seen Susan for several other procedures over the years, including vein and cellulite treatments, both of which I have also been extremely impressed with the results. I had previously been to another technician at another office for both laser vein and treatments, which were essentially useless and a waste of money.

Go to Skin Defined if you want great skin! Susan is not only incredibly knowledgeable, she cares to help you reach your goals. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted, but I explained my gripes to Susan and she tailored the session to help me with them. She has a litany of tools and treatments and did multiple things to my skin, but the main one was some light microneedling with PRN. I woke up today with very healthy looking skin and hardly any redness. She also recommended supplements outside of what she provides and she doesn’t push products for no reason. I ended up with two of the DMK line products that she recommended for my stripped skin, but other than that she worked with the routine I already have to help me reach my overall healthy skin goals.
