I would never trust this place with my child’s safety again. Your employees very obviously don’t care in the least about your patrons. I spent over $80 on 2 all day passes yesterday (Saturday, January 18, 2025). I was hesitant as this Sky Zone looks small and like it had less to offer than Uptown Jungle (where we usually go and will be continue to go to again). Even though my child and her friend were a bit bored, I decided we were going to stay at least 2 hours to give it a chance. Just after the 2 hour mark, we decided to head out and I lost sight of my child and her friend. Like most parents, I started to panic. I went to the front desk and asked a young man if he could call my child and her friend over their loud speaker because I couldn’t find them. I had my hand to my chest and was clearly panicking as this boy strolled without a care in the world over to let someone else know. The next person also walked over, ever so calmly. I’m losing my patience at this point and getting louder, talking faster. He goes to call the girls and is taking his sweet time. At this point, I’m on the verge of tears asking another employee to get yall to hurry and asking what is taking so long. At least 2 more employees witnessed this mom panicking and not a single employee exercised their common sense at seeing a parent panic over their missing child. I did let your employee know on my way out that I did not appreciate their lack of urgency while I thought my child was missing. HORRIBLE experience!!!! I will NEVER return to any sky zone. You need to train your employees on how to react when a child is missing. Time is everything!!!!!! Even Target has a protocol in place for when they can’t find a child and it isn’t a designation for children....
Read moreMe & my children visited sky zone today after receiving the flyer for the ribbon cutting, FREE food, music, giveaways & more. Upon arriving there was a lot going on which was expected but I assumed we would see signage that instructed you on how things would go & what you needed to do. There wasn’t any so I proceeded to the computer & signed the waiver. Then my children went off to play. They came back to me in 20 mins & wanted some food from the snack bar. As we’re standing in line to purchase an employee tells me I need to go over to the front & purchase jump time before I could buy items from the snack bar. I was a little confused because no where on the flyer did it say jump time must be purchased. The flyer was misleading. As I went to the cashier he told me it would be $50. I asked if we could just purchase food from the snack bar he said his manager said no. I spoke to the manager (forgot to get names) he was a short Caucasian man with kind of long hair & he also told me we couldn’t buy anything from the snack bar & we would have to leave. I understand having to pay for jump time but at that point my kids didn’t want to jump anymore, they wouldn’t have jumped in the first place if the directions were clear. It is my fault for assuming the whole event would be free based on the flyer. I feel the manager should have used his discretion in that moment & allowed us to just buy food after all I would still be patronizing the business. We would have left immediately after receiving our food. As far as the place itself it is small, not many attractions, would be good for toddlers & very young kids. Read moreI don’t recommend this place. For starters there’s no one really at the front desk. The girl in front of me stated “I like how there’s nobody at the front desk’ I didn’t realize the people in Orange shirts are the staff who were literally sitting behind us on the bleachers and looked upset talking. Eventual a young man came to help me and turned me away since I was not a member but never offered me to be one. I had to ask if I could become one; Also didn’t offer me socks I had to come back to ask for some. When I went to buy food I almost got charged full price; they didn’t bother to ask if I was a member. There’s a couple hazards too. For example a big whole in the netting for the toddler zone. A huge gap between a jump zone, water staying in the eating area the whole hour I was present, a bolt on the floor I stepped on, faulty equipment like an unstable table that wobbles each time I touched it to eat. I hope I can cancel my membership the next day. Also my food which was a slice of pizza or personal pizza took like 30 mins to get to me. The staff member I thing could probably make this whole experience worth it is Oliver he explained to me why my pizza took to long, apologized and offered me a drink. He was busy and still managed to take the time to give me customer service...
