Camelback Pho serves the kind of pho that makes you suspicious of every other bowl you’ve had. The broth tastes like it’s been simmering since the Bruce Lee was walking the streets (rip), and the noodles are just right — not soggy, not stubborn. The smoothies? Outrageous. Thick enough to count as a workout just lifting the glass, and so good you forget you’re technically drinking fruit. Our server was on point — friendly without overdoing it, like they’ve mastered the art of appearing exactly when you need them. Meanwhile, the TVs play an unpredictable mix of dramas and cooking shows that feel oddly perfect while you’re slurping noodles. Come for the pho, stay for the smoothie, leave feeling like you accidentally found the best dinner entertainment in Phoenix.

Giving this place one star. Ate here a few times but this time really put the nail in the coffin. I ordered spring rolls and asked for them to add jalapeños. I picked up my order paid up to 9$ for the spring rolls only to see they did not add the jalapeño. I called them and they told me to come pick up the new order. I gave them the first order back and drove off again with the second order to only find the spring rolls filled with dirt. Absolutely unacceptable. Not sure if this was done on purpose because of me calling them out for not making the order right but this place is truly disgusting. The food is definitely not worth their prices. Take your money somewhere else.

Delicious Pho and Amazing Service! I recently visited Camelback Phở about 6 times with my husband and it was one of the best pho experience I’ve ever had! The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, with just the right balance of spices. The noodles were fresh, and the chicken is good . I also appreciated the generous portions of fresh herbs and bean sprouts on the side—they really elevated the meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The Manager gaves us an extra bowl to share the food. If you’re looking for authentic and delicious pho, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service and I love this place. I called about an hour before I wanted to pick up my order since I come from Maricopa I asked if I can specifically pick it up at the time requested so it can be somewhat still be fresh. Got my food was already cold so I can tell it was made right after the call. I arrived and asked to see the menu while I’m about to pay and mind you it’s 25 minutes before closing. The man gets upset saying how he’s closing after I told him I was there to get my food I just wanted to see the type of coffee drinks I can possibly order. he hands me a business card to scan the menu and says I can order for tomorrow? I had to repeat myself that I was there for my pick up and I just wanted something to drink so I wanted to see the type of coffees. He then gets upset brings out this gallon in the fridge behind him and angrily pours it in a cup and tells me to keep it for free it’s Vietnamese coffee. I come here often and this is the first time dealing with this man. I understand it’s Sunday and you are 25 minutes from closing but I’m a customer that drove all this way and to be upset at me over wanting to see what type of coffee or Thai drink that I couldn’t remember off the top of my head so I needed a menu. Honestly if you are unhappy with your job and don’t to work then give the position to the people who truly have work ethic and don’t mind providing 5 star customer service. I’m still grateful for the coffee and still love this place but workers like this man need to be addressed because at the end of the day when you take a position you know what comes...

Update to the following: went back and manager was extremely professional and corrected the issue. First I want to say that my boyfriend and I have gone to this restraint many times over in the last 6 months as well as other locations, I always order the same thing and up until tonight never had an issue. They forgot part of the order, when I got my plate of food there was blonde hair in it. I asked for a new plate.. they brought a second plate, was not what I had ordered the first time and it too had hair in it. They proceeded to tell me it was fibers from the chopsticks.. when I didn’t believe it and opened a second pair to test the theory they then said it was fresh lemongrass. I refused to eat my food. And when attempting to have the plate taken off they said they could give me a 10% discount per what the manager said.. I asked them to call the manager at which time I explained I had no issue with paying for my drinks and the other food ordered, I just wanted the one plate taken off the bill, he said to take the order off that I didn’t have to pay.. supervisor then charged me for everything still, giving me 2 10% discounts. I had paid asked for my receipts and found that it was still there and when asked about it, he replied I did take it off.. you had two orders of this food prepared and we took one off. We aren’t going to take the other one off. So long story short, I will never go to this location again and will be...

The door facing traffic next to the open sign does not open, you gotta walk around. A nice man greeted me and I asked for a menu. He.pointed to the counter with orders on it covering the menu. He said he would be back to help me. Then a young girl asked if I was taking out. Yes I tell her, still trying to get a glimpse at the menu. She asked what I would like and I tell her I'm not sure, that I would like to look at the menu. She taps it. I tell her I'm sorry, that it is really hard to read. She says, what do you mean? So I tell her I'm struggling to see with the glare and food on the counter and asked if there was another menu. She replied "it's not hard" with a snarky smile. I just kind of stood there, I was a little taken back. She asked if I was ready to order now and I just said no thank you and went to leave. She chirped behind me "greeeeat, have a nice daaaaay" The nice young man looked confused. I apologized to him and left. It was so weird. I'm sorry I have poor vision and didn't know what I wanted as soon as I walked in. There was no line, No one was being held up. I was in there for all of 2 minutes. I went to Thai rama. They are right down the street. They were nice, handed me a menu and I gave...
