I cannot overemphasize how rudely I was treated here. I live in the area and read the great reviews regarding silver repair and was excited to support a local business. I went inside with some heirloom sterling champagne coupes that needed to be polished and (one) re-soldered and the lovely salesperson said, “oh beautiful, let me ask about that.” The woman who was sitting at a desk doing paperwork did not deign to look up at me or her fellow employee and said, “can’t do it won’t fit in the machine not worth the trouble to repair anyway.” Both the salesperson and I were visibly taken aback. My grandmother recently died and these are fifty years old. Maybe they’re not worth it to her, but they are to me.

Not being able to repair them is completely fine, being rude and adding an incredibly hurtful and unnecessary jab...

Very friendly staff. Excellent jewelry, and they do a lot of custom work here. If you need repairs or sizing done on any jewelry this is the place to go. Their prices are unbeatable. They're not going to beat around the bush if they think that something can't be done. I was here to get my fiance's wedding set sized and because of the black they use on the ring that I purchased, they weren't able to size it down but they put white gold medal bars in the bottom that made it so the Rings would still fit. I fell in love with a very nice watch while I was there and I will probably be back after speaking with my fiance to purchase that watch too. I highly recommend...

This place was awesome! The employees are great people and have me ALL THE HELP I NEEDED! They even went above what I was there asking about, and offered to clean the jewelery I was there to have them look at! They have A VERY NICE SELECTION OF FANCY JEWELRY TO CHOOSE FROM! And unlike other places they (employees) will have a great conviction with you while you're there doin what you're doin! If you're looking for jewelery I'd recommend going there and checking the place out, if nothing else you'll get a good conversation before you leave! TWO THUMBS UP...
