It has the size and potential to really change the area and crime rate we have here it's the sort of place where instead of having pawn shops where all the thieves go pawn there stolen goods or having check cashing where fake checks and addicts go loan there stuff and car for money to support there habbit ow yea plus theres 4 smoke shops in a 500 feet radius very strange. It's only rated 4 stars because the potential but the stores they have selected are horrible honestly litterly almost every single store there does not bring or do anything for the community it should be all local owned businesses honestly to help rebuild this area there's now 100 homeless camping in the canal there's 20 or more in front of AMPM on 23rd Ave the city wasted all that money to rebuild the walkway for the canal to add lamp post benches new cement all to be ruined by the occupants I don't understand why the state goverment wasted over 250 million to fix something almost nobody uses besides the homeless that money could have been used for so much better reasons like fixing the issues around our city I guess this isn't the best review for people right but its what's needed to be hear and read before how good a shopping...

It's really too bad that this fries is cornerstone. Because there's a few little gems in here. The urgent care here is one of the best.I've been to. One-stop nutrition is top-notch. The nail place is literally some of the most horrendous and homophobic service I've ever ever experienced, and so is the fries. They make sure that you are aware that you must be poor or queer or somehow disenfranchised, and therefore not worthy of human decent treatment. Especially if you have to go to that pharmacy, if you're going, make sure you dress business professional, and they'll practically give you everything that you came for free. Was checking out and a lady with 2 kids 1 of which was a teen the other about 5 yrs old, well the teen was helping the woman and neither were paying attention to the younger child. Well he thought the self check-out was the perfect spot literally run around like it was a playground, well he ended up running into my spouse didn't say sorry or excuse me. The woman ignored it my spouse told her she needed to really control her child. Well the employee and store security came over to see what was going on and they were like he's just a child, I was like and that's no excuse to allow him to run around like a little banshee, he ran into us didn't say sorry or excuse me, the employee said well it's her child and you need to leave (telling us to leave).
