15 years ago I was a regular at Thai rama. They had the best dishes made with red or yellow curry. Yesterday I went for a late lunch and was shocked at how the exterior of the building looked. The fountain by the front door was beyond words. The big store sign that drivers see, looked as if it were ready to fall down. I said to my friend, with it looking like this should we still eat here? We decided to chance it. The servers seemed bothered that we were there after the lunch rush, so, the service had not changed, it was the same, LOL. The food quality is the important thing though right? The food was absolutely the same and as delicious as ever! Shrimp and chicken yellow curry to die for! The BEST coconut ice cream on the planet! Walking out I saw the broken fountain and sign again, the building is in desperate need of paint. People need to know even though it looks really bad- the taste of the food is REALLY GOOD and worth it! I hope they improve the curbside appeal to where it matches the delicious food.

The perfect hole in the wall Thai restaurant! Bottom line: come here if you’re craving Thai food or want to try it for the first time. It’s a no frills kinda place and a 5/5 for it being what it is. I ordered 4 different items and all of them packed so much flavor and punch and was everything I was looking for. If you are going to go, I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND the below. All of it is so so good so anything you order should deliver. You will be asked for spice level (Mild, Medium, Hot) and I ordered all medium for mine and it was a true medium! Enough heat to taste but not burn your mouth. - Tom Kha Gai - Coconut Soup - Pad Thai It looks a bit questionable on the outside and the inside is really quaint and that of an authentic restaurant. There’s plenty of seating at tables and booths. The service was really good in that you are asked for what you want to drink, then what you want to eat, and checking in towards the end of your meal if you want anything else. Easy, simple, straight to the point!

I have been wanting to try this place out for a while. The other day as I pulled in the parking lot every space was taken except for one. I knew it had to be popular. So I ordered the sweet and sour pork that pork had a beautiful crispiness to it and was tender inside. Have not seen sweet and sour pork this good in a long time. When I go to a Thai restaurant I always order pad thai. This was really nice nice flavor. I ended up taking a lot of the pad thai home and ate it later in the evening and it was just as good. The egg rolls were perfect. I can't even remember what I ordered for the type of egg rolls but had a nice crunch to it and great flavor. The coconut ice cream was good I think it had a dried coconut underneath the ice cream. The servers were running around double time, the food did take a little bit longer to come out because it was so busy but it was so worth it. I'm planning on going back there again this weekend.

After 25 years patronizing this restaurant with all of their glitches in service and successful efforts, I am no longer willing to support this business. After a 20 minute effort to put in a phone order from my car and a parallel effort of my wife to call from home, neither of us received the courtesy of someone picking up the phone. I showed up in person to put in a to-go order and two different people that I talked to gave no courtesy to my effort to order and both stated "we are too busy...". There is at least 5 good Thai restaurants in a 2 mile radius that are happy to provide me with dinner that don't make me feel like an annoying person seeking to drop $50 plus a generous tip into their P&L for the day. A simple acknowledgement of my effort to order and their poor response would have kept me a customer. I realize things get busy, I can't support their lack of respect for a long-term customer. They are not unique in their menu. When the service fails they are easily replaceable...

have been eating and take home for more than a decade...Monday I ordered some pork fried rice..it was terrible...I call on Wednesday under the assumption they might remember me and give credit for a new meal

But no way were they going to do anything...too late the unnamed manger said..he didn't even want to speak to me this is over a $10 item. my family and friends eat there at least twice a month...that will now stop

I will no longer offer thai rama as a place to eat the cost now is a lot more that 10 dollars loss now when you add all my friends, family, associates the annual loss of income to you will certainly be a hundred fold....I will record my experience on the internet in as many places I can find

all because the manager would not speak to me or refund $10.00 You gotta ask your self how many other times has this happen that you never hear about..those quite passive customers who just don't come back....that's how restaurants go out of business...lack of attention to the...
