Springs At Yorkshire — Attraction in Phoenix

Been living here at the Springs for a decade come next spring, (no pun lol), and I absolutely love it!

Buddies with a handful of my neighbors, and friendly with the rest. Love having access to the mini gym & sauna. Pools and jacuzzis are dope too. Just wish they didn't lock em up so early (~10pm).

No other complaints really... If anything, maybe some new gym equipment would be nice. Also.. the landscaping crews could step up their de-weeding game-- as I feel like our complex wasn't as well maintained this year compared to previous years, but only in terms of the weeds. Pretty well kept otherwise tho.

Last thing-- simplify the process to gain an access card to the clubhouse. I feel like I've done the application thing more than twice, yet I still don't have access to the clubhouse once staff clocks out for the day.

All in all, my problems are miniscule in the grand scheme of things! I love my standalone condo unit! 😄👌 nobody above me, nobody bellow-- and the 3bed2bath units like mine bear closer resemblance to a townhome, IMO, rather than...

I am living (rented) in this gated community for past 4 years. Good & friendly neighbors. Cool swimming pools (hot & cold). No play area for kids & adults. But safety and security is a big concern and we can see car break-ins (happened for me in 2018- luckily escaped in other multiple attempts), Mail box break-ins (happened for me in 2020) and other thefts like Bikes/scooter/shoe etc (common in general) . Reported to HOA through our rental agents and still waiting for a proper action. Old buildings and needs more regular...

The community is nice and quiet. The pool are small and rarely used (from what I’ve seen). This place has a cockroach problem. It’s is ridiculous to have to live with them no matter what you do. Everyone says you can’t help it because it’s an apartment and you don’t know how other people live blah blah blah. I’ve lived in many different apartments and never had roaches....
