Pretty terrible experience and service. Check #4024 on 3/14/25 @ 7:50pm. The guy didn't say anything word to me, just waited for me to order, I repeated EZ sauce 3 times while he looked me dead in the eye, and punches in NO everything, and verbally confirmed EZ sauce. Then I had a 2nd order, check #922 on 3/14/25 at 7:58PM. I used the self service kiosk, order Birria tacos, and a custom $5 jumbo jack with no american cheese, sub Swiss ($.60) add jalapeño ($.35) add grilled onions ($.25), and no pickle. I was cool with the extra charge.
I watched the line cook ask the manager about birria tacos, manager tells him to sub regular tiny tacos, they call my order and hand it over as though it's correct. when I ask about Birria sauce, the manager THEN tells me they're out of it. I mention that it's not *86 on the POS and a simple heads up would've been nice. Whatever. Then I get home and open the jumbo jack to find they just made a regular jumbo jack WITH PICKLE. Like it's 1 thing to be out of an item, it's another thing not to say anything, it's a thing to forget custom add on, but when you can't even hold the pickle for the burger you're allowing me to pay extra for, you hustled me 100%.

He was indignant and said 'well you can choose to come here or go to McDonalds'. I said, please call your manager. He smirked and called her. When she cam, she, too, was indignant, saying I had violent words when I mentioned McDonalds...and continued to agree with him...not addressing my concerns. They kept cutting me off in conversation. I had already started recording the conversation and even tho in Arizona, I don't need to inform them, I let them know I was recording. They tried to say it was illegal to record, I let them know as an attorney I am well aware that it is NOT. Their tone still did not change...they didn't care. The manager said she was working there 21 years and will continue working there...even after my complaint. Read moreThe food itself was good. I was not disappointed with that. However, when I ordered, it was at least 7-10 minutes to have my food ready. I know your sign says that you don’t make it until it’s ordered, but it did take a while. The most of the employees also didn’t look particularly friendly. None of them were rude or unkind, but they didn’t seem very happy to talk to me. When I asked the manager if she could press a button or something to unlock the bathroom, she seemed short and quick with me, and it didn’t give off a very hospitable attitude.
I was there when it was slow, so there weren’t a whole lot of people in the restaurant. There were hardly any. When I waited in line to get something, it took the cashier a couple minutes to even notice I was there. It’s a little thing, but I figured I would write it anyway.
The bathrooms also didn’t look too nice. There were, what seemed to be, dust piles in the corner and little stains. It didn’t look like it had been mopped there in a while.
