In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Phoenix

First time eating INSIDE an In-N-Out Burger...1/8/23. Our burgers were Too Salty and so were the fries! My partner agreed (not the reason for my post). We finished lunch aound 1300. I felt it important to share the 'over salting" before we left with management. Addison, (sp?) a worker, was clearing tables. I shared our 'too salty burger' experience and simply suggested she tell management. No, we didn't relay info for a refund nor a free burger. (We had cleaned our plates:) She was extremely sweet, apologetic, & professional. Returned to our table after a few minutes, excused herself for the interruption, and relayed that she had communicated the info to the cooks and offered us new sandwiches ( not necessary). We thanked her. She asked if she could clear our table. I watched her for a bit as she scurried around tending to other customers on the floor. It honestly was So Refreshing to witness a solid work ethic mixed with an engaging, pleasant and professional attitude. And the closed loop communication by Addison was an added bonus! Whether going through the drive thru or eating inside, there has never been a mistake with our orders, and the staff are polished. The staff and service are exceptional. They are enthusiastic, smiling and doing their best to deliver an enjoyable meal. On Sunday night I got a hamburger, fries and soda. The burger was great! The fries were way too salty. Almost too salty to eat. They are also skinny fries and cool off very quickly. My wife helped me eat them while we drove to our hotel so they were cool about 2 minutes after we received them. On Monday night my beautiful and hungry wife sends me back for a double hamburger without onion and I ordered the same single hamburger. I also asked for unsalted fries. The "special" order took about 10 minutes and was perfect. We reheated the fries in a pan at the hotel and enjoyed everything. The hamburger patties are thin but tasty. The interior of the restaurant was very clean. The men's washroom could have used more attention at 6:10 pm. The menu posted above the order desk is simple which I like. My wife is convinced some people know a cheat code because the staff prepared some kind of chilli cheese fries for the drive-through window.
