I usually try to give proactive and look the positive of each business but this one right here in my entire 15 years... never experience this level. How this kind of ops is open? Simple... the type of clientele it goes will give you the answer.

African A tech #1. -Proper application of primer 0 (this girl applied it like it was water, all my skin was burned) -Acrylic application 0 experience -Shape of the nail 0 -Symmetrical length 0 -Professional dressing -2 -Technical certificate (no where to be found) Her attitude was awful. When I told her that the nail was not properly shaped she said and I quote "Do you want someone else to do your nails?" Hell to the no.. not you for sure. Then she told what it looked like the owner "can you finish her?" Haha hilarious this unprofessional thing. I was about to walk away. 2 reasons kept me there: 1. I was flying out that next day and everything was about to close in curfew.

Asian Tech #2. Leader Dress code 0 Professionalism 7 Politeness 8 Skills 6 Nail shape 6 Certificate? No where to be found. Granted she had to fix what the other one did and I was already extremely frustrated so she took all my bad energy and negative. She probably did better and actually handled my frustration better. How can she have employees like that in the first place?

Anyways still would not recomend this place over all. BRING YOUR OWN MASK because they will RIP you off. $2.00 per mask.

If there was a way to give them negative stars I would! DON’T BELIEVE THE SIGN IN FRONT OF THE DOOR WITH THE PRICES!!!! This place is extremely unorganized and the lady who did my nails and my nieces nails was in such a hurry we couldn’t even enjoy our experience. I wanted my acrylic nails off asked her to soak them off and she insisted that soaking them off wouldn’t be good and it’s because she wanted to hurry up and pull them off herself (not sure why she was in such a hurry, the place was dead). So she proceeded to mumble under her mask why she couldn’t soak them off and started peeling my nails with complete disregard to how uncomfortable this feels. I asked for a manicure she didn’t cut or push my cuticles back all she did was file my nails and continuously try to upsell me on getting acrylic nails, an overlay, or my eyebrows waxed instead of focusing on doing the services I did ask for right. She rushed me to pick a color half of the colors on the one display they have they are out of and they do not have matching gel/polish sets for hands and pedicure. She finished my “mani” in about 5-10 mins. I got a pedicure I was charged $30 for my mani $25 for my 8 year old nieces mani the sign says a mani is $15 and $30 for my pedi and the sign says $20 I got nothing special in my feet or nails just mismatched colors and bad service. They made up all their prices and also they have signs everywhere asking you to pay ahead with cash. I should’ve because they’ll rip you off and signs in their pedicure chairs saying you break you buy with the amount that it cost lol this...

okay, so two days ago I went to get my nails done with my mom and aunt. i got coffin acrylics and my mom got the regular acrylics. my nails came out crooked, and some were too thick. i asked if she could fix them, but she only filed them down a bit. when she did my moms nails, she didn't even bother filing the sides. she left the nails all wide, they looked like toenails instead. we asked the lady to fix them, but only filled the top, and not the sides. ALSO, after putting on the acrylic, she made us put our nails in the UV lamp, which is not good. the UV lamp doesn't dry the acrylics, it is only meant to cure gel. whit our hands in the lamps, the acrylic heated up, which caused our fingers to burn. THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN. after i took my hands out the lamp, my nails were as hot as a stove. overall bad experience. BY THE WAY, after 2 days, the nails started coming off.
