DEAD FLIES IN THE FOOD!!! I’ve been going to this location since I was a little girl and it saddens me to say it’s NOT how it used to be. We got our pizza before any appetizers came out, we ordered salad, wings, and fried zucchini. We ask the only man in the front what’s taking so long with the rest of our food and he literally tells us “I don’t know, i don’t know where the cook is, he’s somewhere in the back” by the time our APPETIZERS came out we were already done with the pizza. I go to dig into my salad and see a FLY FIGHTING FOR ITS LIFE. How a fly got into my CLOSED salad I don’t know , but I was disgusted. I nicely asked if we could be refunded for the food bc everything was cold and just the overall experience was horrible. The same worker, who just told me he didn’t know where his cook was and didn’t know how long it’ll take for our appetizers to come out, told me there was nothing he can do about my horrible experience & he can’t refund my $150 because they were “understaffed”… how does that have anything to do with me getting refunded my $150? … I don’t know. I have issues with hearing and didn't hear staff talking to me. I was reading the menu and when I was ready I waved and stood there waiting for help with my purchase, there was a young lady who basically ignored me and seen that I was standing there and another staff member seen me and was getting ready to stop what she was doing and most have been a manager came over and helped me. After I got my order in, went back to my vehicle and waited during the time they gave me before the pizza would be ready. Went in and the young lady seen me at the pick up counter and instead of bringing the order she announced over the loud speaker that the order for me was ready and just walked away. So I walked around and shuffled through the orders found my order picked it up and the manager came over and said is there anything else I can help you with, I said I didn't appreciate the attitude from that young lady over there and told him thank you for his service...
