Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

Placed order on app payment went through but the app shut down so it never sent my order to the store but took my $ out of my account. So i went into store talked to manager they said i didnt pay i showed them after at least a 5 min discussion (3 people) they agreed that i did pay but i had to wait 5-10 min for my order To be received by the store. I've never had to wait ten minutes before so I sat out my car Which only takes premium gas @ $5.29 a gallon because its 183 degrees out and have to keep it running for a/c And waited For fifteen Minutes,I then went back into the store. And was told that I did not pay for my meal and that I waited for no reason, mind you we are now 30 min into my 1 hour lunch break Finally, the general manager helped me took care of me with my meal and told me the other individuals aren't even supposed to talk to me about the app. So I do give her...

On 12/19/2024 around 7pm went in and ordered 6 hard tacos. The kid took my money and then looks like he went back to make customer tacos. Look like he cleaned his hands and put on gloves. He made one group of guys order and then proceeded to make mine. While making my tacos the previous customer come up and asked for the bathroom access. He then left behind the counter touching the counter and then entered the bathroom code for the customer. Having touched the nasty restroom door code he then went on to make the rest of my tacos. During this time he also open a new large bag of cheese. With the same gloves he touched the restroom with grabbed and refilled the cheddar cheese. Stopped at this taco Bell with a few friends. Used the self-service machine and paid with my card, then asked the counter person if my order went through. She tells me "no" so I clarify I paid with card and she says "oh well I can't see your order it shows up over there" pointing to the kitchen. (so I'm sitting here like am I supposed to go check for myself??) Anyways I just wait for my food and luckily it comes out. I put my name on the order, and I didn't get an order number. The guys calling the order out by an order number. Anyways I figure out my ordrr and take it to eat. Most tables are dirty and the food wasn't even that good for taco bell.
