I've Been Coming To This Water & Ice For Many Years & IT'Z Only Gotten Better, The First Time I Went, I'll Never Forget, I Needed A Water Place To Come With Better Prices Then Water Machine's. So I Went In And Was Offered A Card And If I Did So I Would Get 15 Extra Dollars Added To My Water Card If I Put The Minimum Of $20.00, Least To Say I Walked Out Of The Water& Ice With $35.00 On A Card And I Got Better Water From A Clean Source, Exceptionally Friendly Young Ladies To Assist, Surb Management To Handle Any Issue That May Arise, Believe You Me I Mean Anything He Will Find A Solution And Fix It I'm So Pleased I Stopped At This Water & Ice That One Fateful Day To Find A Solution For My Water Issue!!! I have yet the try the food since I mostly come here for water, but they're all friendly and helpful and the water is the best price around when you use their prepaid card. (Given what credit card companies are changing merchants these days it makes so much more sense. ) I purchase two different water jugs here too and they helped me find something without BPA and took the time to explain that the ones without are more fragile etc. They also have two carts that they let customers use to bring their filled waters back to their car. This place is always super clean, friendly and hardworking staff. The water membership card reduces your water to only 12 cents a gallon. Go in, put 20 dollars to good use. You get water for 12 cents a gallon, discounts on water related items, and 1 dollar bags of ice. I have not even mentioned the best ice cream in Phoenix. I had the black cherry and rocky road today. Two huge scoops, waffle cone, 4 dollars. Coldstone would have charged double that, and this ice cream is hydrating and tastes great. Best ice cream ever. Take a chance...
