Three stylists that day for me and two grandchildren. The one that did my granddaughters hair said some very inappropriate things to my granddaughter. My grandchildren are special needs. First she asked my granddaughter if she wanted her hair washed without asking me first or at all , she has very oily hair then asked me if I wanted her hair dried I said no the lady then said it needs to be dried. As my granddaughter got done her and the stylist walked past me as I was getting my hair cut and the lady said most always want to say how their daughters hair is cut but they get over it. So when my hair was done I walked over to the lady and politely said their mom is deceased and I said she has the mentality of a 5 yr old and the reason I keep her hair short is cause she can't take care of her hair and she stayed with bugs in her hair when it was long . She said oh. When I said their mom is deceased the lady asked well who are u to them ...the aunt...I didn't respond....I am guardian and grandmother. This lady was a newer stylist that I have never seen before...my hair another story ....not happy...

I did this I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment to see a sign on the door that says do not enter without a mask. So I asked them do I need a mass to get my haircut, the woman replied yes you do. I said don't you think this is something you should tell your customers they need to bring with them when they set up the appointment. She replied it's right there on the door. My reply was how does that help me when I'm on the phone calling in to set up my appointment. Then she let me in on the reason they don't tell you over the phone that you need a mask it's because (THEY SELL THEM). Anyone calling them wanting to do business with them you may want to ask them if there's anything posted on their doors or Windows because apparently you're supposed to be able to see it over the phone. Read moreUsually get my haircut by Jade but on the day I’ve had an appointment last week I just took the first available stylist. I was less than pleased. I just wanted a trim and face framing layers ( I had long hair down to about the middle of my back.) I’m not going to name my stylist because I want to personally address her with this info first, but when I saw the final results , I was horrified. I had layers cut that looked like chucks of hair were uneven, no proper blending and even though I needed color I told her I was not going tobdo color because if a simple haircut was too much to handle, I was not going to attempt her putting chemicals in my hair. Calling corporate today. Also, whenever my head would begin to fall forward slightly as sometimes happens when sitting still for a haircut for so long, I was not asked to lift my head up.
