GameStop — Attraction in Picayune

Stopped at the door and asked if my son and I had masks. I responded "No" and proceeded into the store. The worker, responded "We require you to wear masks in the store". This is the same worker who I had seen before the store opened that day walking in the store without a mask on. So my son and I put our shirt above our nose and mouth to cover our nose and mouth since we did not have any masks, there is no city or state mask mandates. The worker replied, "That doesn't cut it. You have to wear a mask", even though there were numerous customers wearing handmade masks.

My children have bought, sold, and traded games from this store for the past 5 years. We will not be returning. The worker, I understand is just doing what corporate or the owner wants, so no foul on him. However, I have had enough, customers have had enough of these policies. The Walmart next to this store doesn't require them and neither...

I bought a ps4 from here and it came to me broken. So per usual I returned it, they gave me issues about returning it. And then said I couldn’t return it because it was past the date but it was past the date Bc they wouldn’t take it back the first few times I brought it in.

Then I sent it back and waited months for a new one and still never received the replacement ps4. So they sent me a refund on a gift card and told me if I brought it into the store I could get the cash. I went in today to get the cash and the employee told me I could not. Which is not what the people above them had told me.

All in all will never shop at...

This GameStop is one of the better ones I have visited. The worker was attentive and talkative with his customers. He really fostered a nice environment and answers everyone's questions. Obviously, this is hit or miss based on who might be working that day. In any event, it is good to see they have awesome employees. 4 star because of GameStop's poorly priced games. Pre owned games that are 4 years old should not be priced...
