Terrible experience. Horrible customer service! I have never been treated so poorly in a store! I was shopping and needed some balloons. The only employee in the store was at the cash register with customers, I took the balloons and asked for help to inflate them. The cashier told me that it was not possible but that she would ask. At that moment a woman came out of an office and started with a rude attitude to tell me why I had taken the balloons and I told her that there was no one available at the moment but now that she was there please help me and if she could inflate them. She told me that I should get in line and ask at the cashier and with a rude attitude said that she would not inflate them because I had taken them without asking. I said I would do a review about it. Despite this bad treatment I stayed in the store and went to pay for the rest of the things I needed. I did exactly what she told me to do, I got in line and waited and when it was my turn to pay for my items I asked again about the balloons and was told no again, I asked why, since I had been in line as I was told and then the same angry woman came out of the office and yelled at me in front of all the customers that if I didn't like her store I should leave. I was shocked. I respectfully told her that I was just asking for the balloons and paying for my stuff. She told me in a loud voice to do the complaint and if I didn't like it I should leave. She also started accusing me of saying things to the cashier. Another customer behind me came to my defense and said that it was this woman who had suddenly appeared to be rude to me and that I was just paying for the things I came in to buy and asking for the balloons I needed. The woman repeated that if I didn't like the store I should leave. They basically refused to sell me balloons and then wanted to kick me out of the store! The shopping experience is supposed to be a pleasant one and she ruined my day. I doubt this person understands what customer service means. What a shame Dollar Tree hires such a disrespectful and vulgar...

When I came in the “Manager” who should be setting a good example of great customer service for her other employees to follow Christine didn’t wanna help me she also gave me attitude right from the beginning. This is what happened: I came in on previous visit to purchase some hair product about 30$ worth it. I’ve never tried this product so I asked the cashier who is a “Assistant Manager” Daniela about their return policy she stated that I can return as long as I had receipt & the product was unopened. So fast forward to my next visit I’m coming back to return the product b/c I wasn’t satisfied with it. Come to find out now that they don’t do returns only exchange. The manager didn’t wanna do anything. Even though it wasn’t my fault that her owe employee who is an “Assistant Manager “ gave me incorrect information about their own policy. It unprofessional & the lack of care for the customer. How are you going to verbally incorrectly give customers information about your policy but then it be printed different on the receipt. They showed no remorse to the situation & the managers attitude was insensitive & didn’t care to help me. Corporate was even worst. They stated the same thing & sent me to voicemail. Read moreBad experience. Horrible customer service, cashier was very rude. Cashier opened a second line and refused to check me out because I wasn’t the next one according to her. There was only one cashier attending the whole store and she open a new one and a new line of customers was created. She ignored me the whole time and checked out another customer in-front of me bc she was before me in the line. She started talking about how she doesn’t like to open seconds lines because people from the back move the front. I was third in the line and I didn’t say anything because the lady had a few things but then cashier was very rude with me and didn’t say thank you and handed things very aggressive. I do understand she had a bad day but it wasn’t my fault she was upset, I try to talked to her about her rude attitude in a nice way and she said that she didn’t have time and told me that dollar trees does not do refunds which is not true. I didn’t want to keep talking with her but I not coming to this store again. The rude Cashier is a Hispanic woman in her late 40s, younger 50s wearing earphones and with really bad attitude. I felt bad for her because of her bad attitude and poor customer service, I think this is why she keeps working in the retail industry...
