Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Pico Rivera

The food is good at every location but the girl who was taking the Order is kind of rude and thinks she all that. If she gonna be rude to customers she needs to be making the food instead of being a cashier. I felt like she was being rude to us. Then when I went to sit and eat with my family I notice a kind man bought 2 homeless people food and ask her if he can take it to them. She didn’t want to take it to them she asked another employee to take it and Only one person got there food and the other bag was still waiting on the counter. And she saw it but never took it to them and when I left it was still there If she can’t be a nice person why is she working there ? We are all human and one day being homeless might happen to u. You never know . You should always be kind to others .. I don’t think I will be going here again. They should train there employees to be nice to anyone don’t matter...

Last time I come to this Habit. Jameka or Demeka had a bad attitude. Never smiled and gave other customers attitude when they would ask for condiments. Slamming sauces on the counter top.

While taking our order, she’d walk away mid order, come back and ask what it was that we wanted.

If you don’t like your job, QUIT! Don’t work in customer service. Work in a basement where you don’t deal with customers and where you can be bitter.

I wasn’t going to mention the roach I saw in the kitchen. Demeka or jameka laughing about it and having the cook step on it, but her attitude was that bad.

Habit Burger is a chain and there are a few in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. This one, like everyone I have been to, is great.

This is not some cheap hamburger. They are so good. They are juicy and made perfectly every time. They have great chicken sandwiches and boy, their onion rings are super. They also have shacks and any drink you may want.

The place is always clean. The service is very nice, give them a minute, they are making your burger for you. This is not Jack in the Box.

We have never been disappointed here and I think you will love it. We have never tried their plant based burger so I have no idea if it is any good.
