Sam is the man! Service with a smile! Came here a few months ago after a botched attempt to wire my own Walmart stereo. Sam knew I was in the market for an upgraded system, but didn't push the issue like a sleazy salesman would. Time came for some serious sound so I decided to stop in on a busy Saturday at 930am, while there were a few customers floating around the showroom, Sam showed attentiveness to all customers. He didn't cold shoulder a single one. I told Sam what I was looking to accomplish and he made it happen. Sub, tweeters, apple carplay, he even helped install A/C control board in the truck. If you're looking for cheep work, go somewhere else. In the end, you get what you pay for, and trust me, you want to pay for good work. No engine whine through the speakers, no random exposed wires. I am a returning customer and I cant say anything wrong about this place. Customer service is on point. Ask for Sam and he will answer all your questions before you make the final decision on what you need. Prices are competitive and they price match as well. I checked what I was buying online before making the purchase and it was the same if not cheaper. I will update after my current upgrade is finished.

After the install and I rode home I could not believe the difference from what I had. Sam installed a Rockford punch amp and installed a pair of 6x9s for my bag lids. I already had 6.5 inch Rockford speakers on my front fairing that I had previously purchased from Sam's shop. The combination of speakers and amp did the job. Sound is clear and strong. I have a 2016 Mercedes E350 that no one wants to work on it because of how difficult the electrical system is on these kind of cars. The owner is so knowledgeable regard these kind of cars that he installed a 10 inch screen with 2 amp and two 12 inch bass speakers. He was able to program the features on the system to work like original system worked. He was able to have me control the feature from my steering wheel where no other shop would not even try to get into the system of a Mercedes. All other shop would instal 10 inch screen but I would have to work it manually . Not at stereo warehouse it was installed like it was part of the car when I purchased the car.
