Everything is made fresh! Loved how you can really customize what you want. Our drinks came out super fast too I only wish they had a better way to display their menu items. It’s a HUGE menu that can be overwhelming to read and confusing for some ppl who aren’t familiar with what they’ve got. The strawberry chamoy slushy I got was not too sweet which was great! Super refreshing and will return for a nice summer treat! Located in the same plaza as Harbor Freight and Raising Canes. Plenty of parking available

I usually love this place but I walked out today extremely disappointed!!! I ordered a plum raspado for $9 (which by the way seemed overpriced since it had no Tajín or chamoy) when I received it the cup wasn’t even filled to the top! As you can see in the picture. Before there would be a lot of plums but there were only like 3 of them. You would think for that price they would at least fill up the whole cup with raspado! SMH Never going back again!!!!

I was disappointed when I stopped by to get a raspado and cremoso. I ordered a large and even pointed to the large cup on display as an example, but what I received was much smaller. I don’t mind paying their prices, but I do have an issue when the size advertised doesn’t match what’s actually given. I find this misleading and unfair, and because of that, I won’t be purchasing from here again.

I stopped here with my coworkers on a hot day to get some raspados. The place is located inside a shopping center and there’s plenty of parking available. The place is tiny and there’s seating available. The cashier was quick to take our order. I wanted to order a caramel raspado, but the lady said that caramel was the same as the leche quemada. So I don’t see why they have caramel as an option.

Anyways, I ordered the leche quemada and it was good. It tasted like sweet condensed milk. The good thing about the raspado was that they blend the ice with the flavor. It’s not just liquid and bland ice. It’s like a slushie which is nice because you don’t end up with just ice at the end. I do want to try the other...

Bad service! Came in for a bag of chips (rueditas) and the man at the counter didn’t even acknowledge us for like 2 minutes when we were standing in front of him waiting to order. A bit overpriced -$5 but anyway we were waiting and waiting and finally we were fed up because honestly how long does it take to open a bag of chips and add chile and lemon? Asked the man and he said that we had to wait for all of the other orders which is just unreasonable considering he could literally get up and open the chips for us. I used to come here but not anymore, they treated me bad last time, a tall lady that was in the front yelled at me because she had to re-do my order because she didn't HEAR me correctly.
