TERRIBLE service.

My 2nd (and last) visit here I purchased a THC battery which did not work the first time trying it.

I called the next day and they asked if the person who sold it to me tested it in the store. I honestly replied that she did not. They said there are no exchanges if the sales person didn’t test it at time of purchase.

So I’m being penalized (and out $) for their staff not doing what they are supposed to do.

Buyer beware. My wife went here to buy a battery for her THC cart. When she went to use it for the first time, it didn’t work and was defected out the box. Called and asked if she can exchange it for a working one, and their response was “Sorry, no returns.” Now she’s out $40 for something that was no fault of her own.
