Eldwayen Ocean Park is a serene haven where nature’s simplicity meets profound beauty. Visiting during the morning, the park's quiet air carries a gentle sense of calm, the ocean mirroring the stillness as sunlight softly bathes the coast. There’s a unique peace in standing at the cliffside, with just the sound of waves below, reminding us of life’s constancy and our place within it. In the evening, the sunset transforms this tranquil spot into a canvas of warm hues, a silent reminder of the day's end and the renewing cycles of life. The scene feels eternal yet fleeting, like a gentle whisper of wisdom.
Here, life is refreshingly uncomplicated—just the ocean, the sky, and the land in their enduring beauty. Eldwayen Ocean Park is a place that invites us to be present, to breathe deeply, and to be still with our thoughts.

Read moreEldweylen Park it's one of my favorite parks on the entire Central Coast of San Luis Obispo. It's like a little point that juts out and the ocean is panoramic. There are four major picnic tables but I often called conference rooms A B C and D. I would take business associates and coworkers and say we're going to my private conference room after picking up a sandwich and a drink at de Palo and sons deli. Everyone loved it and said it was the greatest conference room ever. I agree it is a great conference room. With a beautiful views of the beach, a stairway close by to go down to the beach and walk on the sand or the rocks, small BBQ pits, a set of mounted binoculars, and a beautiful walk way for all. Well everyone loves it. Dogs are welcome so it is a popular spot to take the dog to the beach, enjoy the incredible views, think of all the things to be grateful for, and just...
Read moreNice park to visit during the day be aware at sunset you get a few drunks that think it's okay to bring cocktails to the park. No restrooms at this park so watch for people climbing down the cliff to pee on the beach. This is a special place people come to heal and visit. I would rate it at 5. Stars if the city would get rid of the drunks. Smoking and drinking is not allowed but for what ever reason the cops don't do much about it. This goes on every evening so if you have kids and don't want them around all that take them to Dinosaur park were it is safe and they have restrooms. I am a Pismo Beach local since 1966 and love my community I hate to see it trashed by the tourist drunks that visit my local park. Keep it clean and leave your booze at home. Have some...
