No customer service , their salespeople have no idea what they are doing. Cabinets are coming scratched and they tell you to get a refund for it when you have installation day which cost you time and money. While loading the cabinets they scratch it once again and tell you “Don’t worry you can return it” when you have installation day and have to pay your installers again. They don’t care about your time. On the loading part they have people who speak no English and you have to go back to their salespeople and ask for translation. Read moreI have been purchasing various supplies here for years, cabinets, granite, flooring, etc. Recently I needed additional flooring to match product I had purchased almost 2 years ago. Even though it was a small order, Miriam gave the order a high priority and placed a rush on it so that the job was not delayed. She even was able to get the rush shipping fee waived. They staff always goes out of their way to make the experience positive. They have a great manager, Ray, who is supportive and friendly. Sometimes there can be a wait to get a service representative or to pick up the orders, but I feel that is because they offer a very good price for the quality of their merchandise which has made them popular...

I called at 4:15 and asked “is 4:45 going to be too late to pick up two bathroom counter tops.” I was told “no problem” got there at exactly 4:45 and was told “last pick up is at 4:30” with no sympathy that I just drove 30 minutes to pick up the counter tops. An hour and a half my my life wasted thanks to granite expo. I was crystal clear with my communications and they fell short. Unbelievable, but actually that’s how these businesses are.
