While shopping I was so excited to discover that this store carried all my favorite products in one store I own a house cleaning business in a different town and in order for me to stay stocked on my favorite products I’m required to go to 2 sometimes 3 separate stores. I didnt want to miss the opportunity so I stocked up, even found some different products that I’ve never tried before. These kinds of things really make me happier then it should. So as I’m really enjoying my shopping experience just wondering around seeing what other cool stuff this store had I notice a sheriff enter the store and starts talking to an employee. I carry on with my business before I am confronted by the sheriff just to ask me if I have intentions on buying all the stuff in my cart. I was seriously speechless and he said as long as you have intentions to purchase everything it’s all good. I was humiliated and finally responded with omg are you serious! I almost walked right out the front door leaving my items there because I didn’t want to even spend my money there after that, but if I didn’t that then they would have assumed they were right about their assumptions. I was profiled. I can’t believe a store can just call the police department to have them come harass a customer who has done nothing at all but walk around their store and find things that I wanted to spend my money and contribute to their store. When I was being rang up I mentioned to the cashier I don’t really want to even give my money to this store after someone calls the cops on me when I’ve done nothing. The cashier laughed and was like I tried telling my boss but she’s paranoid lately because a lot of thefts have occurred. To me that’s not any type of validation and I can’t believe the sheriffs officers agreed to do that to me and waited outside in the parking lot the whole time until I left. The store alone was almost my new favorite hardware store for me to buy my supplies. If it wasn’t for...
Read more*The very helpful place! I've visited here a few times, and the staff has always been extremely helpful and very friendly. The place has a "vibe" to it that just makes me feel comfortable, haha! I placed an online order today for car fob batteries. The website was super easy to use. I have nearly 20 years of work experience in tech support, I've worked on and had to use many different online order sites, and otherwise, their site is one of the best I've used, it's extremely simple to use. Sure, it had the Cookies pop up (like all companies do), but this pop-up, you can simply "X" close out. The site was super easy to add my payment method, my personal info, checked out ad guest, didn't need to make an account. Order said it would take up to 15 minutes, I walked in maybe 5 minutes after placing order and the friendly clerk that greeted me said the order was ready. I mentioned that it was for my car fob and she advised that their key department could install the battery for me. I went to key department and another friendly clerk quickly completed the swap and fob works perfectly! Highly recommend...

They are friendly and have no problem helping you find something. Been going for years and never had a bad experience. Ace is a little more expensive but ill pay more for what they bring to the table vs homedepot where you stand there for 30min for help or search the store tracking someone down.
You really just can't beat going to...
