To Whom It May Concern,

I’m writing to commend one of your employees, Gabby, for the exceptional service she provided both in person and over the phone at Sandbox.

From the moment I called to schedule, Gabby was courteous, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire booking process smooth and easy, answering my questions with patience and professionalism.

When I arrived in person, I was equally impressed. Gabby greeted me warmly, made sure everything was ready, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and dedication to great service truly stood out.

It’s not every day you come across someone who consistently delivers such a high standard of customer care. Gabby is a credit to your team, and I wanted to make sure her efforts didn’t go...

Went with a group to an event here and had a wonderful time, our guides through VR were cheerful and encouraging and were no small part in why we had so much fun. Our group did Dead Mansion and Seekers of the Shard and we all enjoyed the experience immensely, though with a large group on Seekers we felt a little too close to really react in some of the scenes. That said everyone was having way too much fun killing goblins and skeletons to care much.

The recap at the end and the videos provided were great for our team and allowed us to see what our friends got to experience and led to a lot of outcry to make sure we come back to try more again. All in all it was a great way to spend an hour and was very immersive in game. You have to expect some minor hiccups but rely on the capable staff and you'll...

This was by far the best thing we did while in Pittsburgh. I would love to come back and do it again. The first day we did a zombie game with our friends. The game threw a few errors on one of head sets and the manager offered us to all come back for a complimentary game on them. That was very nice of him to do. With our second round we played with friends again doing the squid game. It was yet again another great experience. Very friendly staff and they explain everything to you, answer all your questions you have and help with anything you need. If something goes wrong during the game they pause it and fix it so everyone gets the full amount of time. Each time we went we were there about an hour. Sessions last anywhere from 30-45 minutes. definitely worth the money . Will be...

Man this was a different kinda fun in the best way, Indrid was very helpful setting us up & getting us started. One thing they don’t tell you that’s helpful is if you wear contacts or glasses you can adjust each eye screen in your headset till it’s clear. Mention a blurry view before you get started because once it’s clear the graphics are nothing short of next level 3D gaming. 20% off your next booking if you book again after your game. Sent us a video of our session both in vr & what it looks like from the outside. It was also edited into a cool trailer. I highly recommend doing this with your friends sure to be a good time.

The VR experience left me with mixed feelings. The graphics are OK, and I loved the feel of if but during our 30 minute session we didnt go even 5 minutes without someones headset crashing causing the game to be paused, taking you out of this fully immersive experience. I wanted to have a blast but the crashes really took away from the experience and for $58 dollars a person for 30 minutes you want to have a good time.. kind of disappointed but it is worth the time if it wouldnt crash the way it did for us. I am between giving it 2 stars based on the crashes but I'd give it a 4 if it ran smoothly.
