Attended a birthday party of one of our friend's son last week and the kids had a blast. And I should say not only kids even parents had a blast at their largest slide. The arena is small but large enough to get kids tired in about an hour. They have two bounce houses, one with basketball nets and another with a Zipline. Then they have a big maze/climbing structure and finally a large slide. Also they have some mini cars and doll houses and one arcade game machine for kiddos to play around. Would highly recommend for birthday parties as the service they provided was awesome. They help with the return gifts and also help load up your car with the gifts received. Highly recommended.

Fun and convenient indoor play center for a small birthday party. The staff help organize and decorate the room while the families have fun. They collect the presents from guests at the time of entry and keep them aside for your kid. There are huge jumpers, small zip lines, big boxing gloves, large jumping slides, jungle gym, and more. Once the party is ready to eat, they call you in to the eating area to celebrate more before the party ends.

Very rude and unprofessional. We arrived 15 minutes early. Grace told us to wait outside, since there was no room. We asked her if we could at lease keep the cake in the refrigerator and she rudely said she could only keep the cake inside, and that there was no room for two bags of toy decorations and goodies. She didn't even seem to care while she told us to stay out with the bags. Pro-tip for next time, a simple "Sorry about that" would have been preferable to "No, you gotta keep those in your car."

They only let us enter the lobby 5 minutes late, and they did not start the party until 15 minutes late. It was very uncomfortable for guests to all be sitting in the car while waiting for the staff to prepare the place for us. I admit that they let us out 10 minutes late to make up for the wasted 15 minutes, but the damage had already been done.

During the meal, soft drinks were supposed to have unlimited refills. The staff did one refill, but after the jars were empty they never got to refill them again. It must have seemed like a cheap place in the eyes of our guests.

Now for the best part. At the end of the party the staff was supposed to help us transport the leftover cake and all our presents and decorations to our car via a cart. They missed some expensive decorations. My wife called Grace the same evening and asked her to check if they had them, and she confirmed that they had found them. My wife asked her to keep them until the following weekend, so we could pick them up. She replied in a coarse manner, "We don't have room to hold things too long. You need to pick them up soon." My wife replied, saying that we could only come on a weekend, since we lived far. We had picked up the location based on our guests' home locations, rather than ours. Grace rejected the offer again, and said they would have to throw these things away if we did not pick them up soon.

At that instant my wife exploded. She told Grace that it was their fault for missing the items, since it was their responsibility to place them all on the cart and help transport them to our car. Grace had no choice but to bite the bullet and agree to hold our belongings. Needless to say, we had to commit to a fairly long drive to fix their mistake. What frustrates us is not that they made mistakes, but the way they treated us afterwards. Never have I seen a person at fault acting so rude and selfish before.

Short Summary:

Prevented us from entering the lobby until 5 minutes late. Delayed the party by 15 minutes. Was rude while rejecting to keep two bags of decoration inside, and told us to take them out. Staff failed to run a second refill for soft drink jars. Staff failed to place all our belongings on the cart. Was extra rude in handling out phone call asking to hold our belongings until we come...

This would have been a decently fun party, other than the fact that the party room was way, way too tiny for 20 kids and parents. The zip line looked like a lot of fun for the kids and the line of benches on which to sit and watch was ok.

The guy passing out food etc. was fine--nice even--but I was disappointed in the teeny tiny tv with the photos of the party. There were barely any good photos and not one of my child. I didn't think much extra attention was paid to the birthday boy either so that was pretty disappointing for a parent and child celebrating their bday. . None of this would have made this place a two star except for the single, unisex, one toilet bathroom that could barely flush and had clearly never been cleaned--ever. While the toilet itself was passable, it reeked worse than any park bathroom, any New York subway and pretty much as bad as I have experienced when being around an unfortunate person who had never washed a day in their life. This bathroom made me so glad that my child didn't need to use the toilet and was why we even had to skip any handwashing. Gross!

I don't know the cost of this party, but I am sure the parent paid a pretty penny. I don't know what would have happened if a child had been sick or more than one person had needed to use the bathroom. At one point there must have been 80 people there as it included two parties with 20 kids each and at least one parent per child.

For this reason, I won't be in a hurry to return. In fact, I might go so far as to say I would pass on a birthday invite here in the future.

With all of the "jumping" options around, in spite of the good service and zip line, this place can do way better and could easily...

I had my daughter’s 3rd and 8th birthday here. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t as great as the first time around. While I was told that staff would take care of everything in the dining room, there was only one staff member and I had to step in. Once the kids were served pizza, staff disappeared. We quickly ran out of beverages and I had to find someone to refill our beverages. Meanwhile, adults were standing around and not sure if they can get food and that was embarrassing because again, the staff disappeared as soon as all the kids were served. I was confused as to why they left, but I quickly started serving the rest of our guests. If you’re getting the food package, 7 pizzas will barely be enough. We had about 30-35 guests including children and adults and I was stressed there wasn’t gonna be enough food for everyone. Just fyi-the pizza slices were very small. The good thing I brought a big cake and lots of treats for everyone so that sort of compensated. The staff did come back to help cut the cake but it was not moving fast enough , (only one staff member) so I jumped in to pass out cake to our guests as well. Not sure if they were short staffed on this day. The first time we had a party here, it was excellent and the staff truly took care of everything and were super friendly and stayed in the dining room the entire time making sure we didn’t run out of anything. I’m not sure if because of Covid, things have changed but I was very disappointed in their service and overall experience the second time around. I’m rating them a 3 because the kids did have fun, but I would not have a...
