Came with some family who were visiting from Chicago, absolutely nothing but dirty tables and dirty floors. Crew members got upset after we asked them 4 times to please clean the tables. We stepped in ranch, there were curly fries on the floor and the tables were smeered with Mayo and lettuce and god know what else from previous customers.
Not only that, they kicked us out 2 hours before the actually dining room time. Got kicked out at 8pm when we actually had till 10pm. (Says on the door and many other locations are open later anyway)
The attitude of the staff was very rude when it came to patience with their customers as well as failing to be attentive when taking orders.
I would for your own safety and assurance of cleanliness during these times of a pandemic to visit more clean, friendly Jack in the box which you can probably find located anywhere else here in Orange County, or visit the Del Taco that’s Down the street where they will clean the tables when first asked with a smile on their face and with a sense of urgency.
Ive been to many Jack in the box locations in my time, from Los Angeles county to here in OC and this one has been the WORST ive experienced so far.

Read moreI ordered 3 meals and asked for a side of the nacho cheese, they said they couldn't do that, when I persisted, they called the manager who said there was no way to charge me for it so I couldn't order it. I asked if I could order a nacho monster taco with nothing but the nacho sauce, finally it clicked and he said ok.
I figured that was the worst of my problems, but no. After waiting for 20 minutes (I checked the timestamp on my receipt) I walked up to the counter again and asked about my food. A different person reached around a wall and grabbed by bags and asked if I wanted any sauce.
I asked why it took 20 minutes! He said, "oh, um they got backed up".
It would have been nice if someone were to say "hey, we have a bit of a back up here, I appologize, but your order will be out as soon as possible"
