• BUYER BEWARE * Attempted to order via Shop/Shopify their store says items ship within “Items will Ship within 1-2 Business Days.” Waited a week and nothing so I politely email them to see what’s going on. No answer, sent them a follow up email and suddenly my order goes to “Partially Refunded” status. I call them, no response of course and leave them a voicemail asking why my order was being refunded and if they were cancelling my order, why and also why were they withholding some of my money. Left a contact number, no response. Suddenly I see the rest of my funds are now being returned, still no callback or email response. Said let me try to call them one more time to seek resolution and again no one picked up. Hate to speak poorly about a small business but when this is how you do business, people should know. Crazy part is it was such a small order, I am just grateful I didn’t drop big money with them to deal with similar shenanigans. If you can’t respect my small purchases you don’t deserve...

It's EXTREMELY weird and uncomfortable that the owner actively participates in most of the drafts and also places first, and collects prizes. Like what fairnes? While shop owners are able to particiate, its a little frowned upon if they arent offering first place prizes to people who actually come to pay and play.
