Took my phone to replace the screen here and the next day the phone stoped working, before the screen was replaced, my phone was working properly, it just needed a new screen, I am very sure about that. I took it back they told me the face recognition assembly was broken, that’s why my new screen wasn’t working and took both off, put a new screen on it, it won’t work properly either. I was there a year ago and they gave me good service, this time they just wanted me in and out. I totally understand things brake sometimes or things can get damage even more in the process of fixing it. Or maybe the technician is gaining experience, both, client and manager have to look at the issue and come to a solution so the store doesn’t loose profit and the client leaves happy. There is now accountability on their part, it’s my fault for taking the phone there at the end of the day. Be careful when taking your phone to this place, go over your phone and make sure both parties understand the issues, specifically if the phone is an expensive one.
