Rainbow Shops — Attraction in Plainfield

Great items at a cheap price. But the need a serious behavior and attitude make over. The day crew isn't that bad. The night crew tho, especially that manager who was there on 4/25/18 at 7pm, is the worse.

I walked in the store at 730pm. Upon walking in, a crew member told me they were closing in 5 minutes. As I proceeded to walkout, i noticed the sign on the door saying that the closed at 8pm. I walked back in and asked the employee what was the closing time, she looked at me as if she was disgusted and mumbled 8pm. I only needed 2 pair of leggings so I proceeded to look For them. I was just picking up the first one, when a different employee walked up to me to say that I needed to leave cause the close in 5 minutes. I looked at her surprised and said, the other lady just told me that you close at 8pm. She looked at me and said that she was told to say that. By that time I asked for a manager and found one filing her nails, I asked her what was the closing time, she proceeded to give me All the reasons why they Did all that,cutting me off, not listening to what I have to say, chewing gum while talking over me and finally, sucking her teeth at me. By that time it is 734pm. All I needed was 2pairs of leggings. And all I got was attitude from an unqualified manager and a terrified crew. People walk in your store to spend money. As cheap as your items are, it is still money. Get your people in check..... Don't...

This is the first time I’ve had such a miserable experience at Rainbow. I did my shopping, the cashier was arrogant and asked me to hurry, because she had other customers, no matter how much I explained to her that my card was blocked, by my Canadian bank for fraud prevention because I do not live in the United States .
