So I'm sorry to share this, but I was disappointed to hear about something that happened today with my husband and 2 year old. He was running some errands with her this morning and it's pouring rain. He thought the store opened at 8 when it actually opens at 9. He said he totally understands that he should have double checked so we completely understand they weren't opened yet. It was about 8:55 and he walked up to the door trying to hold our 2 year old and an umbrella. As he realized it wasn't quite yet open, an employee was coming in. He told the employee that he understood they weren't open yet, but could he please just stand in the foyer area to get our daughter out of the rain. The employee told him no and closed the door on my husband and two year old, leaving my daughter out in the rain.l (the car was a good ways away). While I understand it was my husband's mistake, I feel that this is very poor costumer service to close the door on a two year old in pouring rain. This company has earned our respect for years with their stance when it comes to morals and sticking up for their beliefs. As a person of faith, this has always been encouraging to me. Had a great experience at the Hobby Lobby framing department in Plano, TX thanks to John V., Alanis, and Dawn. They provided top-tier service from start to finish.
John V. remeasured my artwork twice, helped me select the best frame, and explained all mounting options thoroughly.
Alanis assisted with processing my order when I dropped it off on March 3. She was responsive, professional, and made sure everything was handled properly.
Dawn called me on March 5 to let me know my frame was ready. When I picked it up on March 7, she made sure everything was customized and put together perfectly. The craftsmanship was on point, and I really appreciate her effort.
â Final Rating: 5 Stars â Highly recommend this Hobby Lobby location for framing. The final product looks amazing, and the customer service was excellent.

Safe to say Iâll just be driving an hour to go to my normal one đ đ¤Śââď¸ Employees are hella rude No one greeted us walking in like the other location do âŚ. Even when theyâre super busy theyâll greet usâŚ. This location at the time we walked in was dead! No one was checking outâŚ. 4 people standing around on their phonesâŚ.
