I placed an order through the mobile app for carside pickup at 2:15 p.m., an option that I was given in the app and further emailed with carside pickup instructions. I arrived at 2:12 p.m. and followed the instructions on the email to go into the app, tap "I'm here" and input my my car type, color and make. Then I wait. About 10 minutes goes by and no one comes out so I call the store. The store answers and says they no longer do carside pickup and I need to come in to collect my order. I explain I am unable to do that, which is why I placed my order for carside pickup. She then asks for my name and what kind of car I'm in and says someone will be out. A young lady walks out and looks past my vehicle, despite sharing with the rep on the phone my car make and color and that I had my hazards lights on. I roll my window down to get her attention but she's not paying attention because she's laughing about the situation by gossiping about my needs for carside pickup with a couple who was eating outside by telling them "This lady called asked for carside and we don't do carside. And she's not even out here for her food." She laughs with the couple outside and walks back in. That was no business of anyone's to know and I'm making it more public now with this review because that's unacceptable. I ended up having to call back and spoke with someone else who I tried to tell what happened and he asked "how did she laugh about it" and I explained just what I shared above. I got no apology but was simply told that she had been told the wrong car color. He stayed on the phone and brought my food out at 2:37 p.m. It is not the responsibility of the customer to know that your store no longer does carside if it is an option in the app for your location and I am emailed instructions for carside pickup after my order is placed. When I had to first call the store about why my food had not been brought out the rep should have immediately apologized for the error and say my food would be bought out promptly, and then share "for future reference our location no longer participates in carside despite what the app may say." I usually LOVE Chipotle, but this incident today was unsettling, uncomfortable and unnecessary to have happened at all. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Read moreThis Chipotle restaurant is without a doubt the worse Chipotle establishment I’ve ever been to. For starters, all the employees are constantly huddled around the register and are neglecting every other aspect of the store. I ordered 3 steak quesadillas and 1 steak bowl. They barely put any cheese or steak on the quesadillas. Because it was such a small amount of meat and cheese I had to constantly keep asking to put more and more just to meet the standard of any other Chipotle I’ve eaten the same meal at over all my years as it relates to Chipotle. After getting our food, the quesadillas were all so burnt and dried out inside you couldn’t even comfortably swallow them. When I got to the utilities station, there was no green Tabasco sauce and only a couple of red Tabasco that was also near empty. There were no napkins, only one size lid for the drink cups, and no forks or knives. They didn’t even have any toothpicks for customers on the way out. We couldn’t even find a decent spot to sit down and eat because all their tables were filthy and no one had actually swept or mopped in what appeared to have been days maybe even weeks. It was so filthy in there. The gnats were buzzing all around us. It was so so bad I couldn’t believe it. Finally, when we got up to leave, I went to take our excess waste and throw everything in the trash cans. That wasn’t even possible from how overflowing all three of the trash can really were. The trash was even piled on top of the waste station. This restaurant was such a terrible experience for me and my family that I felt obligated to record a video and report the things I had seen. I wish I had somewhere to upload the video to share with others. Stay out of this place. The employees are rude and untrained. Every aspect of this Chipotle was a failure in my book! They have a very long way to go to make things right by the Chipotle standard....
Read moreWish no stars was an option. As of 11/1/2016, the staff was incompetent and the manager was a surly wise-guy. I read my order multiple times. Take note of that; I READ THE ORDER from my phone. I will never write a New York times best-seller, but when it comes to reading a text off of my iphone I basically have a black-belt and can handle that. They got the orders wrong and blamed it on me; all five orders. The manger, who was "helping" , kept doing other tasks like cleaning, and basically did anything but pay attention decided to take the side of his workers; as though I was an illiterate liar. Then the dude ran out of taco shells. Seriously; what kind of a manger of a MEXICAN FOOD JOINT allows his store to run out of taco shells? At 5:30 pm no less? LOL. I really did take it all in stride as best as I could, but the manager remained hot and bothered. Towards the end of the ordering, I DARED to reach over the glass to point at what I wanted since the airhead girl "helping" me had messed my order so many times already. Instantly, with a sneer on his face, the manager yelled "Don't lean over my glass, SIR..." at me. He then looked at the customer in front of him and chuckled like I was the dumbest, dirtiest scumbag that he had ever had to lower himself to serve in his life. I stared at him and waited until I saw the horror set into his face...they had five orders ready to go...and I hadn't payed yet. With the line out of the door on account of his incompetent rear-end I said "Keep it..." and left. I am really not a vindictive guy, but the look on his face (and that of the little rude airhead "helping" me) was PRICELESS!!! There is a reason that some people are doomed to discover that "Taco-store manager" is the sum of their maximum potential...as there is also a reason that the rest of us are appalled that these folks...
